I would like you to resolve the problem with Automatic Publishing using AI.
It’s been almost 30 days since I sent the access data to the platform and server via FTP to configure the cron job, and you keep delaying and giving excuses that you can’t access it. I’ve already tested all access methods, and both the platform user logs in as administrator and the FTP user accesses normally. PLEASE RESOLVE THE PROBLEM WITH AUTOMATIC AND SCHEDULED PUBLICATIONS. IT’S NOT WORKING.
It would be more practical and less stressful for us clients if you included instructions on how to configure the cron job in the manual, because I’ve already done exactly as instructed on the platform and the automatic AI-powered posts aren’t working.
