1) In https://demo.sngine.com/support section, I don’t see any button to CREATE a support ticket. If I don’t see it, my clients won’t as well how to submit a ticket.
2) In Admin: Is there a Dashboard where I can see ALL PENDING (Ads, User Reports, all things that I need to approve as admin) that users are waiting, without needing to go into each section 1 by 1, to see if there is any Pending requests? Very important!
3) Under CREATE button drop-down list, why there is no “Create Job” option?
4) When creating https://demo.sngine.com/admincp/pro/add a Membership Package: Would be nice to limit each plan how many of each module the user can create. Example PRO user can create 3 Pages and 3 Groups, VIP can create 10 Pages and 15 Groups. or is it already available?
5) For each Membership plan: besides each username, would be nice to show different badges taken from https://share.cleanshot.com/GMccw68C each plan, not same PRO icon for all plans as now.
6) Would be nice to be able to remove/disable 3rd column (Suggested Events/Pages, Friends) to keep it clean! Is is already possible?

I have a question: let’s say I have both the invitation system and the affiliate system activated.
Will these two systems work well together, or does it mean the user will have to create a personal invitation code for each person? And what will happen with the affiliate system? How will it work? Is it possible to create an affiliate link that already includes the invitation code?
Yes it mean the user will have to create a personal invitation code for each person and if this person invites more people first will earn too according to your (admin) settIngs in affiliate system
I believe it’s necessary to find a solution that allows both the invitation system and the affiliate system to be activated simultaneously, so that both can function without the need to create individual invitations and without negatively impacting users who benefit from the affiliate system.
Creating individual invitations limits the earning potential of the affiliate system.
The invitation system is also very useful for preventing unwanted users from joining.

As a suggestion, you should give us the option to activate the affiliate system with an integrated invitation system that uses a universal invitation code that only the user can share, delete, and recreate. This would eliminate the need to create individual invitations without affecting the referral system’s earnings and would also help us combat unwanted users.

How can i add lessons to the courses?
Regarding courses module in Sngine (till now), Sngine is not a course platform like Udemy. Courses are posts in Sngine or a type of post, but with additional metadata and a distinct user interface.
Therefore, instead of users who wish to announce and share information about their online courses provided elsewhere, they can utilize this form or this post type to provide more clarity to others and Sngine will display this info with better UI/UX
Any plans to add an lms? Even a simple solution where admin can add lessons to the courses?

When I try to create a group with a regular user, it redirects the user to /packages?highlight=true and shows a 404 page.
I want users to freely create groups (I’m not even using the Pro system). How can I do that?

The script is 10/10!
But pt_br translation has a lot of wrong sentences, and senteces in the wrong place too.
I am fluent in English and Portuguese and I’d like to translate (and fix) them to pt_br, but I’m afraid translations will be gone when I update Sngine in the next update.
Is there any way to keep the translations I am fixing right now (or maybe even submit them officially so they will be kept)?
