I use a licence for the Universal Bundle. The letter module, assets module, and all new modules are not working, despite being active on the system. In fact, most modules aren’t showing up in the modules list for employee, admin, or client, nor in the sidebar menu. Your documentation does not seem to be clear on how this could be managed or resolved. Could you kindly point me to the video or documentation for rectifying this, please?

Hello, please still no update about the Group Messaging Addon you introduced ? I reported that it is not functional as evident in your demo, I can see you have removed the Message Module completely from your live demo making it obvious that it isn’t well deployed.
Kindly get it fixed so we can utilize…It’s something that would be very useful.

Everything was working fine, until I update to the latest version since I have the universal bundle and SAAS version to use the new modules, group chat and onboard. Now only shows 500 server error. Which I dont understand why. Since I dont have support for a long time, any tips please?

After installing and enabling the Group Messaging feature it still showing the old Message interface. Is there a need to run migration from SSH ? because following the update process this was the outcome.
when you go to Role and Permissions you see Group Message ! Module is Disabled
Fix the challenge as even in your demo you have disabled the message feature…There are bugs over there. I notice it’s on in the database able: module_settings, hence not showing at module settings on the system to turn it on or off.

I saw you added a server management (I think this is a new module) to the module bundle. Since I have it I have uploaded the bundle manually and while I see the package in the zip file it does not show on my left menu even though it is activated in the module list.

However, every time I try to connect or synchronize the fingerprint device, the integration fails. I have already contacted your support team several times, but unfortunately the issue has not been resolved and the problem is still ongoing until now.
To be able to proceed in a clear and reliable way, I kindly request the following:
A list of biometric devices / fingerprint terminals that have been actually tested and confirmed to work with your module.
The full model names and manufacturers of these devices (e.g. brand, exact model number, and if possible, supported firmware versions).
Any specific configuration requirements or documentation needed for successful integration.
This information is very important for us to either adjust our current setup or purchase a device that is guaranteed to work with your solution.
Looking forward to your prompt response and detailed list of supported and tested devices.

Hi, I’ve purchased Worksuite SaaS – Project Management System along with the Universal Modules Bundle. I’d like to assign multiple duty shifts in a single day for some employees.
For example: One of my employees works from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, then again from 6:00 PM to 11:30 PM.
Currently, I don’t see any option to assign more than one duty time per day for the same employee. Could you please confirm if this feature is available, or guide me on how to configure multiple shifts in a day?

This feature is not available right now. Currently, only one shift can be assigned to an employee per day.

Thank you for your response. I understand that the system currently supports only one shift per employee per day. I’d like to know if there’s any possibility of adding multiple duty shifts in the future, or if this feature is planned for upcoming updates.
It would be very useful for businesses that operate with split or flexible working hours.
We don’t have plan for it now. But we can send suggestion to the team.
