There has been no issue with campaign sending, our backlogs have no such issue (otherwise it would have been categorized as a P1 issue). The problem you’re experiencing is related to your setup. Please review the documentation on configuring cron jobs or Laravel queues. If you require assistance with the setup, feel free to create a support ticket and we’ll be happy to help. Unfortunately we don’t have a setup video, however we have created concise instructions on how to run the setup. If you are not technical enough, I suggest that you find the services of someone well versed in running a queue setup for Laravel, if you don’t want to engage us.

Are you serious? I created a support ticket (SUP-001641-260124) on 24 January 2026, reporting an issue where any file upload above 1 MB returns an error. Ken M. replied on 30 January 2026 and assured me that this issue would be resolved on a high-priority basis and that an app update would be released ASAP. Now I’m being told that I have to wait until the next update, which is taking too much time—most likely until next month. This is extremely disappointing. I genuinely appreciated your product in the past and continue to appreciate it. However, the real issue here is the response time and the level of support. This is exactly why many users are not renewing their support plans, a concern I have already highlighted multiple times in the past.
Please renew your support at the earliest for us to engage.
Just to put it here, your support period elapsed on January 2025, you have never renewed and we have always tried to help you to the best of our ability.

First, I would like to appreciate the Axis96 team for this wonderful app. I just wanted to remind you of a few minor but important points that are still not completed since I purchased the script.
1. The discount is still being calculated after the total. The actual discount amount should be deducted from the subtotal, not the total. 2. An unread filter is missing in the chat section. 3. ETA for the next update?

I purchased the extended license and all available add-ons, which clearly mention priority support. Despite this, I have been waiting more than 3 days without any proper response or solution.
I already:
1.Shared full VPS access
2.Confirmed Business Manager is active with payment
3.Reinstalled multiple times
4.Followed all documentation
The issues are reproducible and clearly related to broken campaign logic, not server or WhatsApp activation. Campaigns remain stuck in Scheduled / Processing / Pending, making the system unusable for production.
At this point, the lack of response and unresolved critical bugs mean the product is not usable as advertised. If priority support cannot be provided and the core issues are not fixed, I am formally requesting a refund.
Please advise immediately on how this will be resolved.

After purchase, I installed and reinstalled this system 4 times, and every time I faced serious bugs. This is not a one-time issue. Please fix these problems properly or stop selling this product until it is stable. Customers should not be paying to beta-test a broken system.

1. Campaigns failing – usually because the WhatsApp account is not activated (payment or ban), messaging limits are exceeded or you are using a temporary token that has expired (Most common issue and that is covered in our documentation).
