yes on app and website when we close the app for business so we dont do business on public holiday so then just want to close the hole app completely so just a close app option but with a banner or splash screen we can ad so we can let customer know

Hi mate, please note that in the POS, after redeeming points, the points are not being deducted from the balance, and the points balance keeps increasing without subtracting the redeemed points. Do you have any fixed for that. Thank you

What i want .. I want admin have the ability to place order through pos , and merchant should receive the notification with sound.. and sound should only stop when merchant accept or reject the order placed by admin ..

And i also found 1 bug When we send order to kitchen , then the print button is not clickable , when we click on view to modify the order it says not item found in the cart & secondly , API Access on kitchen App is giving 403 error

Admin backoffice login is redirecting to example.com/backoffice/login/error.
This has been happening for many days. But when we go back to login page, then it works.
Today its not going to login page anymore. Is this a problem from your side or the script? Because I can see other users also having this issue

Hi Basti, question. Is there an option in the system where I can modify the type of payment for example for pickup. I want pickup orders to only accept Credit card payments. Is this possible? I believe this option was in the old karenderia.
unfortunately this is not available at the moment and i don’t think i added this before in old kmrs

I followed what you instructed me to do via email, and it does work.
However, when a customer tries to log in, the OTP is not sent via SMS or email. During login, a message appears saying that the OTP has been sent, but in reality, no OTP is delivered, and there is no record in either the email log or the SMS log.
Because of this, I restored the two files you asked me to modify back to their original state. Even after restoring them, the OTP is still not being sent.
Please tell me how to resolve this issue. Orders have been stopped.
first of all the changes i sent you is for POS it got nothing to do with OTP sending of sms
it must be your runactions
so go to admin panel -> site config -> others ->Runactions choose first touchurl and disabled Enabled runactions
now check if you can sent email click on test runactions and put your email
and check if there is attempt send email in admin panel -> notifications -> email logs

I tested the system as described below. Emails are being sent successfully, but SMS messages are not being sent at all.
- Email test: Tested via admin → Site Configuration → Others → Test Runactions, and confirmed that emails are sent successfully.
- SMS test: Tested via admin → SMS Provider List → Send SMS, but no SMS was sent and no records were created in the SMS log.
- Runactions enabled + touchUrl: Email is sent successfully, but SMS is not sent.
- Runactions enabled + touchUrlExt: Email is sent successfully, but SMS is not sent.
- Runactions disabled + fastRequest: SMS is still not sent.
We are using Twilio as the SMS provider. SMS works correctly when tested directly in Twilio, and SMS is also successfully sent from other applications using the same Twilio account.
Please advise what might be causing this issue. Customer can’t use OTP for login.
check he SMS logs? this is not possible sending of sms is very easy check first the SMS logs if you cannot find any sms in their that means runcaction does not work or there is error either php version is not php 8.2
also check the templates if you have different language cause if template is empty there is no sms to sent

Why cron is needed? How can be set paid a pickup order?? eg Customer picked the order from the store and paid there. How this order can be paid ? I must change payment from COD to Pay on delivery? Also payment gateways cannot be translated?
cron is needed to be able to 100% process the status cause if we include them in the changing of status a lot of functions will run like sending email,sms,push, earning computation etc if we include this each time you change the status it will take time to process this all as per my experience so better to include it on the jobs also make sure the order settings is the same as demo for status completed and delivered
no you don’t need to once order is completed it will automatically change the status to paid for offline payment like cash on delivery, bank deposit etc
for payment translation just copy the exact payment name and add it in your backend language front end
