You script is not compatible with PHP 8.2 I bought this script and now that my server upgraded to 8.2 you fail to support me asking to purchase a new license. How unfair. Why must I purchase a new license as i only asked you Why its a server error 500 and its because the server now requires 8.2 and your script is not compatible.
Obviously our script compatible with PHP 8.2 version. I didn’t ask you to purchase new license for compatibility. I ask you to purchase license because your support is expired. You purchased the script more then 3 years ego and now you are talking about installation support actually that is the unfair thing if you note.
If you can see there is already updated version available of script that is support PHP 8.2 version. You can simply download and update this. Or you can configure your host server to downgraded PHP version to keep the existing website alive.
Our technical team can only assist you if have any valid date for technical support.
I am not asking you to support me. As per my email to your support I asked which files should be changed as I have not updated the script. You dont have update instructions and neither did you advise me of the update even tho I subscribed to email me for updates
Brother asking for technical support or asking for technical advise both are same thing a different form. Anyway if you don’t have interest or budget to buy license that is still fine you can say it simply for asking help. It’s not a good idea to blame a company unnecessary or giving bad review without proper discussion.

Hi, when I purchased it was PHP 8.1 Compatible. My hosting provider upgraded to PHP 8.2 and the content is not showing , its server error. Is there an upgrade and how do I upgrade? Been using this item and it works for me.
This item should compatible with 8.2 automatically. If it doesn’t works then change your PHP version in your host server setting or contact your host provider to fix it.

Yes you can disable the contact us page and live-chat via admin dashboard setting.
There are dynamic option for that, If you can’t find those just contact our support after installation.

No it doesn’t have multi language feature. But you can translate it in local language.

You might have missed mail server configuration. Please ensure you have configured the mail host details as per the documentation.

Regarding translation, I understand that the system allows to translate the interface into other language, but what about the content. If I added a content in both Arabic and English, will the system shows the arabic content with the language arabic and english content with the english language or how it works?
Hi, Sorry for the delayed response. Actually this script have only translatable features, That mean you can translate it in any local language. But it only allow to use single language, It’s doesn’t have multi-language features.

Please ensure you have putted correct database credential in .env file. Also ensure minimum PHP version 8.2 to run this script smoothly.
