You should offer, for example, support for a week or two for a small fee so we can purchase this support for a reasonable price, instead of paying $45.

Just want to expressing my concern here, why should contact you for updating from version X to version Y?
This process really takes time specially have to wait the support replying the ticket if one or two replies doesnt solve the problem, as we know your support timezone might be different with many of your customer. And your CRM doesnot give email / browser notification if there is a new reply from your staff, so I should open and refreshes the CRM multiple times just for checking
if you could just update the documentation for upgrading process would really helpful. or upload the previous version files somewhere if needed in the process of upgrading for two or more version behind, as sometimes I would not upgrade to the newest version immediately after the new version been released.
