The plugin looks broken and isn’t working properly. The entire screen is completely messed up, disfigured, and unusable. Everything is misaligned, overlapping, and distorted.

Since years i am purchasing “tons” of plugins and themes from codecanyon, but never have found such a “complete” and well adjustet PMS as yours. Pre-Sales-Qestions: 1. Do you consider to integrate with peepso and awesupport? 2. Does your plugin support “dark mode” regarding the .css/theme (because we are using “peepso block theme” – dark mode – see expertom.pro). 3. Does your plugin offer woocommerce integration/-connection? 4. Is german language support also integrated? 5. If not (4.): Does your plug-in offer full translation/language file support (so i can use “loco translate” or similar to translate on my own). 6. Does your plugin support/integrate (with) “progressify (PWA – which i also purchased here on codecanyon)? Getting answers on these questions is so very important to me. 1. PeepSo and AwesSupport integration: Not currently supported. 2. Dark Mode: The plugin is styled using standard WordPress/Theme elements, so it should inherit dark mode styling from your theme (like PeepSo Block Theme) if implemented correctly via CSS. 3. WooCommerce Integration: No direct integration is available at this time. 4. German Language Support: Yes, German language files are included. 5. Translation Support: Since German is included, this is covered. For other languages, yes, it fully supports translation files (like Loco Translate). 6. Progressify (PWA) integration: No direct integration, but generally, PWA wrappers work fine with standard WP apps.

Pre-Sale-Question: How can I sort the order of boards after they have been added?
And a feature request would be an unique random id for the shortcode. This would be very cool to display the kanban for a project in frontend, without a login. A shortcode like [tmp project=5], [tmp project=10], etc. can be guessed by other users. But a shortcode like [tmp pid=”wteghsotmu” edit=”true”] is much safer. With this I could send a link to clients and setup if they may edit the boards or not. Just an idea…

Is the assigned team notified when someone makes a comment or update?
This is a great plugin but not really usable for my needs as all projects / tasks are viewable by everyone even when you assign the user to the project, everyone else still can view the project. How is this not a default setting? Seems like an easy fix that is 100% needed.

Great Program but some problems/Suggestions: When someone creates a ticket there is nothing to indicate the ticket was submitted. The fields stay the same with the text that was filled in on the ticket, leaving people to hit submit multiple times not knowing it was actually submitted.
The Front End Project List needs to be configurable as to what is displayed.
The plugin unfortunately won’t work for me for what I’m trying to do. I need a system that when the admin puts in a task, the task, status of the task, notes or feedback about the task and where the admin is at with the task.
Example:
Task Status Comments Fix Street Lamp at 1st & Main St Active The Public Works department has been notified and will have it fixed by 1-1-2025
Basically I need for the general public to see all concerns that were raised and what the city is doing about it.
The Tasks listed on the front end should not be links for people to click on as we do not register people on the site unless they can open up a read only version of the task without logging in. The plugin is unfortunately useless for my needs without that.
The user permissions are in name only, there’s no actual permissions associated with the permissions title, very misleading.

@retareklam, Thank you for your email. I replied to your email but it seems was not replied to correct as Gmail says “Address not found”. I tested your website, and I see the web server prevents access to any file. I tried to upload an image file from the WordPress media library, but it also doesn’t work. I can’t access the uploaded file which one uploaded from Wordpress’s internal Media library page. If your WordPress media library works fine, then the plugin will also work fine. You can ask your hosting provider to fix the file permission. Thanks!

I recently purchased the plugin, and I’m very pleased with the range of features it offers. However, one essential functionality seems to be missing, which would be beneficial for agency setups: the ability to assign clients to specific projects so they can view only the tasks and boards relevant to their project without access to other clients’ information.
Currently, all users assigned can view all boards, tasks and tickets, which isn’t ideal when handling multiple client projects. For agencies, it’s crucial to keep project data separate to maintain confidentiality and streamline client-specific interactions.
Is there any plan to add a feature allowing us to restrict board and task visibility per project or client? I noticed other people mention it and asked for an update, so please let me know if thats a feature coming soon or not so i dont waist time… thanks

Thanks for this plugin. For some reason i see all projects in the board when i log in with a contributor user that is only assigned on a specific project and task? The logged in user should only see his own board and tasks right?

It looks like the Tasks, Projects and Tickets pages are separated, that’s good. But with the current plugin customers can see each others boards.. Or do i need to give the user another role so he only can see his own board with tasks? There is no user filtering now.

@Hall, you can create multiple board list items. You can assign x users to the tasks under a project. Usually, it shows tasks for all project. We will add a project selection filter in the next release(soon, insha’Allah). Thanks!
