Is there an online help desk that I can communicate? It’s been 5 days since I purchased the product and I’m no further along the journey to properly setting up the entire system without issues. Been waiting for a reply via email for two days to get an update on the progress so I can plan what I can do.

What you are describing is not a checkbox but a radio field. A checkbox is a standalone field and has no options.

Examples:

- Agree to terms of service (checkbox)

- Which product do you want A, B or C (radio)

The CRM custom fields do not currently support radio fields

Hello We successfully installed Grow CRM SaaS on our server, but the Bulgarian language is not available in the language selector.

On the server, the available languages are located under: /application/resources/lang/ and there is no bulgarian (or bg) folder present.

Could you please send us the official Bulgarian language pack (the full bulgarian folder with all required translation files), or provide a download link and installation instructions?

Yes, you can use Stripe or PayPal for customers that sign up with your CRM plans. The billing is automatic each month.

There are no invoices generated in the CRM for subscriptions

The calendar event view isn’t very clear. On days with events, there’s a very light background color that makes it difficult to read individual events. This happens in both Month and List views. Is it possible to customize this view to make it more readable? If so, how? Thanks.

I would like to suggest and request an evaluation of some points that I consider strategic for the Brazilian market and that could significantly improve product adoption and user experience. Please find the topics below for your consideration:

1. Mercado Pago integration Mercado Pago is one of the most widely used payment methods in Brazil, including Pix. A native integration (especially for subscriptions) would increase conversion rates and reduce costs for customers.

2. Post-payment webhooks The ability to configure webhooks triggered after payment confirmation, enabling integrations with external tools (automations, ERPs, n8n, etc.).

3. Lead automations by stage Implement automations based on pipeline stages, allowing automatic actions when a lead enters, leaves, or moves between stages.

4. Real-time balance update on the Leads Kanban Currently, when moving a lead between stages, the deal value/balance is only updated after refreshing the page (F5). It would be important to have this value updated in real time to improve usability.

5. WhatsApp integration (Official API and Evolution) Direct integration with the official WhatsApp API and also with solutions such as Evolution, enabling communication, history tracking, and automations within the CRM.

6. SMS sending Inclusion of an SMS module for notifications, campaigns, and lead-based automations.

7. Calendar synchronization Synchronization with Google Calendar, Outlook/Hotmail, and Apple Calendar to simplify the management of meetings, tasks, and follow-ups.

8. VoIP calling (WebRTC) The ability to place calls directly from the browser using WebRTC, with automatic logging in the lead/customer activity history.

9. CMS / Blog module – In the Landlord module, there is a blog table inconsistency (the “title” field is typed as a date). – There are also indications in the codebase of an unfinished blog stack. – Improving this module could allow content creation and management directly within the CRM.

10. App / module for landing pages integrated with SMS If an SMS module exists, it would be very interesting to allow customers to create their own landing pages, capture leads, and manage automations via SMS from those pages.

I believe these improvements would make Grow CRM more competitive and better adapted to the needs of the Brazilian market.

I remain available to clarify any of these points or provide practical use cases.
