The SaaS version allows you to start a business selling subscriptions to your customers to have their own instance of Grow CRM.
The other version is just for a single business to use.
My requirements are described in the following scenario. Is this something that Grow CRM SaaS can achieve? SCENARIO: I have clients and I have team members (workers, software developers). Clients want projects/tasks completed. Team members have the skills to complete the projects/tasks. When clients have a problem to be solved, they login and post the problem/task. For example, the client may want to create an app. The client will post the requirements. I would like to be able to create a form that allows the client to do this. The form would have custom fields. Once the task is posted, team members see it and send an estimate to the customer email. The customer may get 10 emails with different estimates from different team members. On top of that, the client will be able to see those estimates in client area, related to the project they created. The client selects the best offer and makes a payment or deposit. The selected team member starts to work on the project. The client and the team member can chat in a chat area designated for that project (if the client creates another project in the future a new chat area designated for that project opens). The chat rea allows file sharing. When the job is completed, the team member gets a percentage of the amount the client paid, and the site owner keeps the rest. The team members and the clients can manage their work areas.

The CRM does not have this feature. What you are describing is a services platform similar to UpWork, Fivver, etc and not a CRM.

1. Ordinarily you need an extended license, however, we have promotion running that allows you to use the standard license
2. For a custom landing page, I would suggest you use WordPress on your main domain and install a theme that you like. You can then install the CRM on a subdomain and disable the CRM’s landing page
3. This has now been resolved. Being a public demo, someone had deleted it.
4. All features in the standalone version are available in the SaaS version, including themes.
5. Both the admin side and customer side are available in multiple languages. Please see https://saas.growcrm.io/app-admin/settings/general
