Hi sir! This issue is caused by a false positive from McAfee. Our All-in-One Telegram Growth Suite is completely safe — the antivirus is only flagging it because it’s a Windows desktop app without a digital code-signing certificate, not because of any real threat.
Many new or unsigned Windows apps are mistakenly blocked by McAfee and other antivirus tools. After installation, adding the app folder to McAfee’s Exclusion / Whitelist will prevent it from deleting the shortcut again.

one suggestion,you could add on the app a way to check if the account added is banned or frozen because now there is no such thing and maybe you right but you will get a lot comments here about this because people can’t see that and they just try to use the options,would be really useful.

Hi, The Telegram group member count does not update in real time. When the app shows “Added successfully,” it may take a while before the group list reflects the new members.
Please manually open the group and check the member list — you should see the newly added users there.
