I am interested in using push notification for this wevview, do you have some reference/guide what will i need to do to implement that?
I am a technical person so I am looking for a technical guide, what is the most interesting thing for me is how will me backend know the device id which should be used when sending push notification – i want to target specific users from my backend.

I have installed in cpanel with database and got access to admin and menu but after that I am stack. Where do I put the exact url for the webview? I installed all these files on a temporary folder and I cannot install these on actual webview link because there is my wordpress page. The output apk is automatically generated based on what I change on admin menu? Thanks for any help from now on.

Nope. It is prohibited by Codecanyon license term. You need to get new license for each website you are going to create the application.
When I purchase an extended license, can I create multiple applications? Can you add an additional admin panel just for sending notifications? Can you set the URL in the notifications to not be required?
