Hello, I like the plugin, but I have some questions: 1. In compare page I want to compare 3 products, but every time I choose second product It deletes the first one, so I cannot compare anything – is it a bug? 2. Everytime I want to select a product in Search to compare, when I select it, nothing happens for 3 seconds, so I press the product 3 times to make it appear in comparison table. Can it be faster? 3. In store I select 2-3 products to Compare, but no button or anything else appears so I can see the comparison of my selected products.. What should I press? Thank you!

I am facing a strange issue with the plugin.
The changes to product attributes/specs do not persist after saving:
- Newly added specs do not appear after page reload.
- Edited specs revert to their previous values or disappear.
- Other product data (title, main features, etc.) saves correctly; only the attributes/specs section appears broke

Yes, You paid for the plugin and license + included support, but now your support period is ended. You have to renew your support period to transfer domain license from one site to another.

Yes, you can do it by yourself by using license activation interface located in the APS Settings.
1. Deactivate the license from your old website.
2. Activate the license from your new website.

Currently using this plugin with Twenty Twenty One Wordpress template and works fine. Tried upgrading to the standard Twenty Twenty Five Wordpress template and the headers and footers for site navigation no longer appear. Does the plug-in work with the standard Twenty Twenty Five Wordpress template?

No, Twenty Twenty Five theme is block based theme which don’t support header and footer templates.

I have two licenses, and suddenly not able to activate them. It says Please try again later. Tried changing the PHP version from 8.5 to 8.0, with the same issue with both licenses.
Please update the plugin and try again, maybe you have made changes into the plugin files.
Deleted the whole plugin directory and uploaded the plugin again with the original files, and I’m getting the same error for both my licenses.
Even after deactivating all plugins other than this plugin, and still got the error “please try again later” and the same for other websites. I am now facing this issue from few days now.
Still no resolution from the author of the plugin; this is something with the plugin or Envato account issue. Still gives the error “please try again later” for both licenses.

Just deactivate the plugin and then reactivate the plugin.

No, You need to add products manually or by import a JSON data file, few products data is included in the download package which you can import to demonstrate and learn the system.
