Be so fair and nice and perform an INSTANT refund. Your “update” and “migration” made me loose my entire PWA and all the settings i had before. Also Wordpress is de-activating your “updated version” due to an FATAL ERROR! So stupid and so bad. You lost at least ONE CLIENT! ME.
To wake you up: We (expertom.pro) have 200 MILLION page requests per month – about 2,4 BILLION per year. What did you do? You know what: Simply refund and leave me allone. So unsmart!

This is NOT how to do upgrades! I am developing software (php, mysql, css, js, ...) since 20+ years. We inform our clients BEFORE doing updates, not AFTER. I do NOT see any apology of yours here. You are mostly unfriendly and “strict”. THIS is the WRONG way of TRYING to hold clients. I guess, you will loose the most. So sorry. Your plugin was so good – now it seems to be a mess!
AND: If you “migrate”, you should be able to at list create a php function to simple ask the user (YOUR CLIENTS), if the want to take over the settings from the prior version! You instead created a new set of db tables and try to get the admin credentials in order to access your clients environment. WHY? This is absolutely WRONG.

We are not forcing anyone to migrate. The original Progressify plugin is still available on CodeCanyon and can be activated with the original purchase code.
We do not take credentials. Admin access is only requested optionally for support, if the customer chooses to provide it.
The migrator does not delete old data. It only duplicates PWA users and push notification tables. Original data remains intact.
CodeCanyon licenses do not include lifetime support and updates. We optionally offer 1 year of support and updates for the new plugin. If anyone is not comfortable with this, we are happy to provide a refund.
Claims that we are forcing migration, taking access, or deliberately breaking sites are incorrect.
At that point, again, we are more than happy to provide you with the refund. Please request it on CodeCanyon and we will accept immediately.

a suggestion: you can add a button to auto reset for all customers. I see lots of plugins and scripts here already have that. That will save your time and of course ours.
I have 3 license of this plugin, its very helpful. Just that little automation will help a lot.
Also, Please clarify one more question: Q: If i enable this plugin on main domain a woocommerce WP site, can that work on subdomain?
On the subdomain its woocommerce WP too, I have a different category of heavy equipment that the shop can’t directly sell with credit card, people have to book it, but PWA makes its fast to view and navigate.
Before purchasing this plugin, I want to warn you based on my personal experience: support is basically nonexistent. After I requested a refund, the author blocked my account, and since then I haven’t received any response.
The latest update completely broke the plugin:
you can’t set the app name
translations no longer work
many settings are disabled or have no effect
Realistically, around 80% of the plugin is not functioning at the moment.
I paid for this plugin in good faith, but instead of support I received silence and a block. I believe future buyers deserve to know this before making a decision.

Hello, I purchased 4 licenses.
I’ve noticed 2 problems:
- The generated QR code doesn’t work; perhaps you’re using the wrong tool to generate it.
- With the same settings, one site gives me a list of actions, while another tells me “tap to install.” I want the version with the tap.

The critical errors—specifically the QR codes generating invalid links and the notifications failing to send—were not isolated to a single site. These issues occurred across all installations.
You have already admitted that you could not provide timely support for the first license. Since this is the exact same software code, the critical bugs and your inability to support the product apply to all the licenses I purchased, not just one. If the product is defective for one, it is defective for the others.
This is a matter of business ethics. The plugin was riddled with errors to the point of being unusable. As a result, we have ceased using your product entirely and have already been forced to purchase a working alternative from another vendor.
Therefore, I request that you process the refund for the remaining licenses immediately.
