Hi I have your plugin on my website that has categories, size, colors etc… when i check the first category its worked then if i check more categories or size etc… its not working until i manually refresh the page. how can i fix this isuue please ?

On checking your website, I can see that the page is reloading on the first filter selection. It looks like there is some setting that is missing, along with the selector name mismatch. I bought your 3 premium products and have questions (or ideas for improvement) about the “Super Filter” WooCommerce plugin:
Question 1 * When using OFFCANVAS menu, is it possible to close the filter panel automatically when pushing the “apply filter” button ? I can either “auto submit” or not. If I chose “NO”, I would be interested by applying the filters (and close the panel) just after pushing the button. Is it a way for this ?
Question 2 If Question 1 has no answer, is it possible to make the “closing” button larger ? It is so small on a mobile phone that it is difficult to close the panel.
Question 3 Is it possible to customize the text of “Active Filter” and “Clear All” => I would like to change the language !
Question 4 Is it possible to enlarge the lign of the button (unfortunatly same for all styles) ?
Question 5 * Would it be possible to increase the size of the “tick” on the box when using image boxes ? they are very small !

Hi, when filtering is enabled, a black screen and preloader appear – can you add an option to disable the black screen and show only the store, products and preloader while filtering?

There is an option to order the category in various ways. You can choose the settings that is appropriate for you. In the Category tab, you will see othe ption “Order By”.

Hello I have these set and it is not working. They appear correctly on when inserted with the short code on pages but on the category pages it’s showing all the currently used attributes including my shipping classes under “Brands”. It’s also not filtering anything on all three of the filters I’ve made.

Hi, I purchased the plugin Super woo product filters. After installing I am trying to figure out how it works.
We have mulitple categories with subcategories. Now it’s showing all at one. Also when I just put in the main categories.
For us it’s important we can filter on main categories, subcategories and attributes in one filter.
Is that possible or not?

This plugin is preventing me from viewing any of my uploaded media items in Grid view – List view seems to work. This means that I can’t select any images when I’m trying to add them to pages. I disabled all plugins, and only this one is causing this specific issue.
I contacted my host and went over every possible issue, and this plugin is what’s causing it. Hopefully we can sort this out.
I’d still like some support since this issue is ongoing.

I’m loving the full version of the plugin, it does what I want it to do, except for one issue.
Part of the text on my single product pages gets changed to Trebuchet MS randomly when using the plugin. It’s currently placed as a shortcode on the sidebar used on my category pages and store pages.

It is because of the custom CSS that you added. The CSS causing the issue is below. You need to remove it.

I already removed that. It was used to fix the issue caused by the plugin, but I removed it in hopes of getting a fix from you guys. When disabling the plugin, the issue is gone.

It is not fixed, I’d like to know if you guys can help me fix it? I’d prefer to not mess with any CSS since the sole reason that the font doesn’t display correctly is because of the plugin…
I tried a few things myself but I can’t seem to fix it – the only thing that resolves it is disabling the plugin.

Here is the temporary fix with the CSS code. There is a conflict in CSS code between the theme and the plugin.
However, we will sort this issue on our next update to make the fully compatible with the theme that you are using.

Will this work with Betheme? I tried other filter plugins but they don’t work properly.
I’m also wondering if I’ll have more styling options than in the free version of your plugin I’m using now. I’d like to style the price ranger slider for example, but that’s not an option in the free version.

You can not add multiple tags to the same filter. You can add it only once.
Also adding multiple tags on the same filter is not a good idea because each filters are meant to be used only once as per filter process.
