It is designed to manage your own properties, availability, and bookings, but it does not pull listings or pricing from external sources like Booking.com or flight comparison services. This means you cannot natively combine flights and external hotel inventory within the plugin. If you want to offer flight searches alongside hotels, you would need to use separate solutions such as affiliate widgets or APIs from flight providers like Skyscanner, and Booking.com’s affiliate or partner API for hotels. Any unified search or booking interface would require custom development outside of MotoPress to connect and display these external services.

Yes, this setup is possible. You can rent the entire apartment or individual rooms, and the system can automatically block availability. When the apartment is booked, all individual rooms will be blocked for those dates. And when any room is booked, the entire apartment will be blocked for the same dates.

The Hotel Booking WooCommerce Payments add-on allows you to use WooCommerce payment gateways for lodging payments. However, it does not allow you to sell WooCommerce products as rooms.
We provide blocks and shortcodes that let you display the availability calendar and the booking form on any page — including WooCommerce product pages. But the bookings themselves are still managed by the Hotel Booking plugin, not by WooCommerce.

2. thank you for the attention to this.. question when you say valid meaning the hold stays locked for 7 days? – Preauthorization for the initial payment to know they have a sufficiant balance and can also have a hold for the damages. upon check out the hold should be released though making them wait 5 days might upset their review. most hotels have a preauth for damages during their stay.
3. in terms of flutter i havent yet tried adding on to it but when i do ill share the code with you for testing. meanwhile if you could give us access to the api i would like to integrate the actual customers and stadds dashboard so that it mimiks the dashboard experience

The latest plugin version at the time of this comment is 5.2.3 (May 27, 2025). We post only stable releases here, which may result in a short delay between updates.
When you place a card hold through Stripe, the authorization usually lasts about 7 days, though the exact duration depends on the customer’s bank and card type. If the payment isn’t captured within that period, the hold is automatically released.
In contrast, physical (in-person) card holds may last for a shorter or longer time, depending on the terminal setup and business type. For example, a hotel or car rental terminal can keep a hold for up to 30 days.
Because of this limited authorization window, Stripe holds may not work well for damage deposits or long-term stays, especially when the booking and the guest’s check-in date are in the future, since the hold would expire long before the guest arrives.

2. the preauth sounds like a great idea now that i think about it . something is better than nothing do you have documentation on how to activate this on the site? and more importantly on how i capture as in keep the hold in the event of damage so it doesent get released to the bank
3. im doing to test and try out the app but before doing that do you think you could test that app with the latest versions of flutter, android stucio, comand line tools via xcode. there have been quite a few updates since last may including potential deprecated dependencies. ill pitch in and do what i can and send you the updates as i get them done.

As for the price variations, on the provided screenshot there is the same price every day of the week, this can be achieved easily. El plugin incluye métodos de pago como PayPal, transferencia bancaria y pago al llegar. Si necesitas aceptar tarjetas, puedes añadir el complemento de pasarelas de pago que incluye Stripe, entre otros.

MotoPress Hotel Booking utiliza sincronización mediante iCal, lo que significa que las actualizaciones se realizan de forma periódica, generalmente cada 60 minutos, dependiendo de la configuración del cron y de las limitaciones de Booking.com. Si quieres reflejar el cambio de inmediato, puedes hacer una sincronización manual desde el panel del plugin.
En cuanto a las páginas y bloques de contenido, el plugin los proporciona tal como están, mediante shortcodes/blocks. Es posible modificarlos, pero para realizar cambios más profundos o eliminar ciertos elementos de forma selectiva, se requieren conocimientos de programación, ya que implica editar plantillas o aplicar personalizaciones avanzadas.
Hi Eugene i have a presales question about the configuration of this product before migrating to you from the milenia plugin.. ive identified a serious issue with the Hotel booking plugin demo when entering 2 guests its showing all the possible accommodations .. if a user selects 3 guests he only wants to see the accommodations that are for 3 people ive scanned the documentation left and right for days looking for a resolution to the booking search results but couldnt find any.. ive also entered the settings and checked the option for limiting the search only to the date and number of guests selected .. if i select 2 then there is no reason to display or show me accommodations for 8 guests

- Do i need to create each room units as separate post in WP? if i have 100 same room qty, i need to duplicate 100 times and get ical link for each? For this, the UI display will not be nice with hundreds of listing of the same room..

1. The Hotel Booking doesn’t have any limitations and allow you to sync each room/unit with corresponding unit in external calendar. The Booking.com indeed has a limit of 1 unit per listing if you’re going to sync it via iCal. This means you will need to add each room as a separate listing at Booking.com, otherwise you won’t be able to sync them with the plugin
2. You may create a room type and specify the number of units you would like it to have, e.g. 100 units. You will not need to create units manually, they will be generated automatically
3. Once the room is booked, the number of units will be reduced by one, yes. So out of 100 rooms 99 will remain
4. Once the room is booked on the website, the corresponding listing will become unavailable in external calendar. Again, you should have each room added as a separate listing at OTA, because this is how iCal sync works
