Products or services are unable to have the same vehicle assigned to them because the plugin does not support this. Each product is handled individually, so you should cannot use the same vehicle ID for multiple products. Are you going to fix this oversight?

Currently we don’t have plan for this feature.

Feature is something that extends functionality, but when there is limited functionality because of an oversight then it is a bug. Vehicle availability should sync with every product or service and not be restricted to one product per assigned vehicle. There is no reason to be otherwise other than to break the plugin and cause double bookings.

Sure, we will consider this feature in the future.

There would be a possibility for a rental option where mixed and taxi mode would be combined. Actually, taxi mode would require entering pickup waypoints, dropoff points, and calculating the distance (using Google) – based on which the system would determine the km fee, but in terms of the booked days. So the mixed mode would provide the basis, only it would be supplemented with the taxi mode distance calculation and pickup/waypoints/dropoff feature.

Please clarify whether you want to calculate the price based on kilometers or based on the number of rental days.

Basically, the number of days is the determining factor – based on this, it would also book the availability, and the resources could also be specified (day/hour). On the one hand, the route would be included in the cart items, with the route length.

This is more unique: actually, the transfer only includes a daily km run – let’s say 200km per day – and if you book for 4 days, then 4X200=800. And calculate the km surcharge based on the specified route length, taking this into account.

1. For the Tours rental type, inventory is managed based solely on the number of guests (please refer to the document here).

2. Unfortunately, the plugin does not currently support this feature. We will consider developing it in the future.

For your answer on question 2. What about doing a Custom Code to do the 1 – 4 person pricing + extra person? Does your team do custom coding for the plugin?

(Minimum advance booking days)...I have checked from the demo and it looks like there is no option to change it to minutes/hourly based. Will you be able to make an update for this? it would be awesome instead of days we also have option to change it to minimum advance booking minutes or hours.

I think we don’t need to set a minimum hourly rule for packages, since each package already defines its own hours.

Problem 1: selecting package is not an issue, but selecting date will be an issue where users might book- example: its already 6 pm. But customer were still be able to book in the morning trip on that day which already passed. Problem 2 : Package starts at 9 am and customer book at at 8.55 am. Its too last minute for me to confirm the booking and honour the booking. Best way to avoid this is closing that package on that date automatically example : 3 hour before tour starts so customer cannot book it anymore on that date if its last minute.This is where the minimum booking hours works flawlessly with the package.

The plugin supports “Minimum advance booking days” option in “Advance options” tab when add new product. You can setup like “0.2” or “1”. Please create a sandbox ( https://demos.ovathemewp.com/demo/ ) and test again.

I would like to use your car rental plugin. I reviewed the documentation and tested the demo site, but I couldn’t find an option where, when a car is booked today at 5:00 PM and I want to return it tomorrow at 3:00 PM, it calculates the price for only 1 day instead of two days, as it does on the test site.

On the test site, if the car rental is 70 euros per day and I select from 17.10.2025 at 5:00 PM to 18.10.2025 at 3:00 PM, the system calculates that I need to pay for two days – 140 euros. However, in reality, the period is only up to 24 hours and I should only pay 70 euros.

Is there a way and possibility for it to be calculated correctly as I described?

I have one last question: Is there a possibility that when I use the deposit option and the reservation amount is below 75 euros, the deposit option would not be available and the full amount would be required to be paid?

For example: If the reservation amount is 60 euros, the client would not be able to pay a deposit but would have to pay the full amount of 60 euros.

PSQ: I want to create a site similar to booking.com and airbnb.com, with the same functionalities, except that it concerns renting boats, yachts, etc. So, those who own boats, can register as vendors and enter their boats for rental. For that, I use WCFM Marketplace – Multivendor Marketplace for WooCommerce. I would use your plugin so that people can book their boat, and only by the hour. Even if they want to rent for 2 whole days, they need to choose 48 hours and not 2 days. The price would always be per hour. When a user books a boat, at that moment it becomes gray for the occupied dates, i.e. they cannot be clicked or removed from the offer, but the rental end date becomes the first next available date for booking. My question is whether this plugin can do that and is there anything else that needs to be purchased from add-ons? And is this plugin compatible with the WCFM plugin in the sense that the seller should have the option when publishing their boat, to enter the price per hour and to choose from their frontend whether it is a Rental or Bookable product (to get that option when creating the product)

2: I’m not sure about “wcfm ultimate affiliates ” add-on. I don’t use it before. The BRW is working with WCFM multiple vendor.

Currently, the calendar displays two months side by side in the search section. I would like to:

Show only one month at a time When clicking on the “Pick-up Date” field, the calendar opens and the selected date is automatically inserted Then, when clicking on the “Return Date” field, the same calendar reopens and inserts the date into the return field Is this possible to achieve via plugin settings, or do I need to use custom JavaScript/CSS? I’ve tried using CSS to hide the second month (e.g. .easepick-calendar:nth-child(n+2)), but it doesn’t seem to work — likely because the calendar is dynamically generated by Easepick.

As seen on https://imgur.com/a/44TbgJ6, unfortunately, even though there are still 5 out of 10 total spots available, on September 9th it shows as booked/occupied. I updated to the latest version a few days ago, but the problem hasn’t been resolved. I’m asking for help to fix this bug, as my support has expired.

Does version 1.9.4 from September 9 include the fix for the September 10 bug? Or did you only fix it on my site? Will a new 1.9.5 version be released, or should I stop updating?

I would like to ask if it’s possible, when using the “Other Location” option that displays an additional field for entering an address different from the listed ones, to add an extra fee of 15 euros (for example).

When creating locations, I can see there’s an option to set a price, but for those locations there’s no pop-up additional field for entering a different address.

I would like to have an option called “Enter different address” that, when selected, would display a field for entering an address, with an additional charge applied only for this specific option.

I need an online booking software to manage variable rates for “Day-Use” (3 hours, 09:00-17:00, €250) and “Night” (Check-in 18:00/Check-out 12:00, breakfast included, €300/€350). We are writing to report a series of critical issues we’ve encountered with the BRW rental program following the latest update. We are currently having a very negative experience, and these problems are significantly impacting our operations.

We have already cleared the cache, but the issues persist.

We are experiencing the following specific problems:

Manage Bookings Filtering Issue: When attempting to filter any products within the “Manage Bookings” section, we consistently receive the error message: “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” This prevents us from effectively managing our existing bookings.

“Add New Booking” Functionality: Similarly, when trying to create a new order via the “Add new booking” feature, we encounter the same error: “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” This function is completely non-operational, which is a major impediment to processing new reservations.

Booking Calendar Issues:

The Booking Calendar currently has aesthetic issues and does not display correctly.

Crucially, the ‘List’ view was removed from the Booking Calendar several updates ago, and this view is essential for our workflow. We urgently request its re-implementation.

Booking by Night Display Error: In the “booking by night” feature, the “price” column and the “number of nights” column are displaying the same value (the number of nights shows the price). This is causing confusion and incorrect data representation.

These situations are creating significant inconveniences for our business and affecting our ability to serve our customers efficiently. We urgently need your assistance to resolve these issues.
