I’ve been exploring PixaGuru as a potential solution for my use case, and I have to say it’s genuinely impressive. That said, before I commit fully, there are two areas that are really important for me: enterprise-grade security and the ability to sync users across multiple apps seamlessly.
I’d love to know whether PixaGuru currently supports any of the following, which I’ve grouped together under the heading below:
Critical Protocols for Cross-App User Sync:
- SAML 2.0 — Federated SSO between identity providers and service providers - OAuth 2.0 / OIDC — Token-based authorisation and authentication for APIs and web apps - SCIM 2.0** — Automated user provisioning, deprovisioning, and group sync across platforms - LDAP — Directory-based user authentication for legacy and on-premises systems - WebAuthn/FIDO2 — Passwordless authentication via biometrics and security keys
Even partial support for any of these would be really helpful to know about. And if none of them are currently available, I’d genuinely love to hear whether there are any plans to bring any of these features into a future release or perhaps as a paid add-on or extension.

When will they have a section/module for creating overlays similar to those used by TV companies for news presentations?

The script already includes an overlay option that allows users to add overlays to template images. However, we’d love to better understand the specific style or format you’re referring to—especially if you mean dynamic TV-style news overlays (e.g., lower thirds, live tickers, breaking news banners, etc.).

I recently purchased and implemented your script, but I am facing several critical issues that need immediate resolution. Please find the details below:
Admin Credentials Issue
The admin email ID and password cannot be changed from the panel.
Subscription Plan Restriction Not Working
I created a user with the Basic subscription plan (which should allow access to only one template, Dccs).
However, in the user panel, all templates are being displayed instead of restricting access to only the assigned one.
Template Import Issue
Not all templates can be imported. Only import1 works, while others fail to import.
REST API Issue
The REST API provided is not functioning properly.
Request for Support Kindly provide a quick resolution or update patch for the above issues. These problems are affecting functionality and preventing proper usage of the script.

Hi Team, I’m facing two blocking issues after your update:
1) User account cannot create templates
Steps to reproduce: Login as normal user → Templates → Create New
Expected: Template gets saved and appears in the list.
Actual: Creation fails / nothing appears in the list.
2) User cannot add templates to a campaign
Steps to reproduce: Login as normal user → Campaigns → Create/Edit → Select Template
Expected: Choose an existing template and proceed.
Actual: No templates available / selection is disabled, so campaign can’t be created.

I bought the script, and it has several bugs. - The Instagram template appears on one creation screen, but it no longer appears on the other for creating artwork. - The Instagram template is outdated, still in the 1080×1080 format (the new format is 1080×1350). - The text doesn’t change color when you change it in the color palette. - The template created in the admin doesn’t appear for the user to use. - A template created in the admin with a custom size doesn’t appear for the user to use. - When you insert a new image, it changes the one currently in use in the template, even though it’s not selected.
PS: I tried to register on the support.motothemes.net website, but I couldn’t because it doesn’t send the email to complete the registration. So I had to come here to this panel to discuss my issues with the script.

I bought this script and I asked my friend to install it on my server. After installing it, there were several problems where the templates were not loading and the Template Importer was not working. After trying to fix it several times, the problem could not be solved so I contacted support@pixelnx.com for help. Support also looked at it and gave suggestions so that the script was installed on the main domain and not a sub-domain, we also installed it according to their suggestions, we just installed it on the main domain. After installing it on the main domain, the same problem still occurred, the templates in the Admin panel and User Panel were still not loading. It has been a week since this problem was resolved. I had to comment here because I was disappointed because I did not get the proper service from the support team. Should I just uninstall this script and forget about it and bear the losses? Or wait until when?

I don’t understand the concept of a one-time payment. Clients would want to use it regularly for social media promotions, so a subscription makes more sense.

1. You can create new categories and templates within the editor. There is no option to upload templates from external source.
2. Auto subscription feature is not present. User can purchase the plan and once expired user can repurchase it.
