Hi, how do I make the “Personalized Links” option allow my users to choose the link name instead of the bunch of numbers that appear?
To allow users to choose their own custom link name instead of auto generated numbers, they must be subscribed to a plan that includes the Personalized Links feature.
Once the user upgrades to a plan with Personalized Links enabled, they will be able to set a custom link name from their dashboard.

Hi! I’m planning to buy vCard SaaS and use it as a hosted SaaS on my own domain.
- Users will not download/install the script.
- Users will subscribe (paid plans) to unlock premium features.
- Users will create an account, choose a template/theme, and generate their card page under my domain, e.g. myapp.com/username.
- Users will only get the generated card link/page (no source files, no template files to download).
Can you please confirm:
1.For a subscription-based SaaS like this, do I need the Extended License?
2.Regarding license clause 9 (end-user “build it yourself” customization): since users generate their own cards from templates, does this require a separate license per user/per card, or is one Extended license OK for one hosted SaaS instance?

Yes, for a subscription-based hosted SaaS, you need an Extended License.
One Extended License is enough for a single SaaS installation on your domain. You do not need a separate license per user or per vCard, as long as users do not download or receive the source code and only generate cards within your platform.

In the current vCard setup, the product section is displayed in a carousel format by default. There is no built-in option to switch it to a loop or grid layout.
If you want the products to appear in a loop (non-carousel layout), this will require customization. You can make these changes in the following file:
resources/views/templates/flowershop.blade.php

Hi. I need clarification on an upgrade issue.
My current app version is 7.0.0. The latest release is 20.3.0. When I attempt to update from 7.0.0 to 20.3.0 the updater fails and throws this error:
GuzzleHttp\Exception\ServerException Server error: POST https://verify.nativecode.in/update-code returned a 500 Internal Server Error response with truncated HTML output.
This looks like a backend issue on your verification endpoint rather than a local config problem. Can you confirm if older builds require a specific migration path or if the update server has a fault? I need a working method to upgrade without breaking the install.

Thank you for the details. You cannot upgrade directly from version 7.0.0 to 20.3.0. The difference between these versions is too large, and the old build does not contain the required migration files needed by the new updater.
This is why the update fails and shows the server error from our verification endpoint. It is not a local configuration issue.
To resolve this:
1. Direct upgrade from 7.0.0 to 20.3.0 is not supported.
2. The only working method is to take a full backup and perform a fresh installation.

If so, how do you expect customers to preserve production data when upgrading from older versions? Do you provide any migration script or database import guide?
I need a concrete process for restoring my data after the fresh setup because reinstalling without a proper migration path is essentially a reset. How should this be handled?
You cannot reuse your old data in this case because many core methods and database structures have changed between versions. The older database is not compatible with the new version, and attempting to connect it will cause errors in multiple modules.
A fresh installation is required, and the previous data cannot be migrated automatically due to these internal structural changes.
