I would like to know if, when configuring the social media APIs to activate the channels, my client will configure their social media accounts when publishing? And will the posts be on my social media account or the client’s? Since it’s a SaaS product, I didn’t see a page to configure client credentials.

Friends, you’re not being clear in your answer. Will my clients’ posts be made from their own accounts using their own credentials?

Sorry, but I purchased a SaaS solution and I’m not seeing SaaS functionality in this regard regarding credentials. Please be clearer in your answer about how my clients will post from their accounts using their own credentials.

Thank you for your question — and sorry for any confusion earlier.

Let me explain clearly how the social media credentials work in Stackposts as a SaaS platform:

✅ 1. YOU (the owner) configure ONLY ONE set of API credentials

As the SaaS owner, you only configure:

Facebook App ID / Secret

Instagram App credentials

TikTok App credentials

LinkedIn App credentials

X (Twitter) App credentials

YouTube, Pinterest, etc.

These credentials belong to your SaaS platform, not to each client.

This is how all social media SaaS systems work — clients do not need to create their own apps.

✅ 2. Your clients will connect their OWN social media accounts

Once you enable the APIs and allow permissions in the plan:

Your clients can:

Connect their Facebook Pages

Connect their Instagram accounts

Connect their TikTok accounts

Connect their LinkedIn pages

Connect their Twitter/X accounts

And more…

Each client logs in using their own social media login, not yours.

So when they publish a post, it goes to their account, not yours.

✔ Posts will NOT go to your social media ✔ Each client manages their own connected accounts ✔ Your credentials only allow the platform to work

✅ 3. This is the correct behavior for SaaS (multi-tenant)

Your clients never need to set up API credentials.

They simply:

Log in to your SaaS system

Connect their social media profiles

Schedule & publish posts to their profiles only

Your platform credentials act as the bridge, but each post is published through their access tokens, not yours.

✅ Example (to make it even clearer)

You configure one Facebook App

100 clients sign up on your SaaS

Each client logs in with their own Facebook and connects their own pages

When Client A publishes → goes to Client A’s Page

When Client B publishes → goes to Client B’s Page

No posts ever go to your personal accounts.

5, for auto post etc. how will social media not found users account as bots ? How do we prevent this?

1️⃣ What is the difference between the Regular License and Extended License?

Regular License

You can use the script for a single project.

You cannot charge users for access (no SaaS, no paid subscriptions).

Suitable for personal use or internal business use.

Extended License

Required if you want to run the platform as a SaaS and charge customers.

Allows you to sell subscriptions, plans, and access to your users.

Recommended for commercial use and reselling access.

If you plan to earn money from users, you must use the Extended License.

2️⃣ What is the difference between Official and Unofficial Instagram/Twitter?

Official API (Instagram Graph API, Twitter/X API)

Uses Meta/Twitter approved API.

Requires an App Review.

Safe, stable, long-term.

Supports business features: publishing, analytics, insights, etc.

No risk of account ban.

Unofficial API (Private API)

Works without App Review.

Faster to set up.

But it uses methods that are not officially approved.

There is always a small risk of temporary blocks or limits.

Good for testing or personal usage.

If you want full stability and long-term support, choose official API.

3️⃣ Is the login to social media secure? How do you protect user accounts?

Great question — security is very important.

Users DO NOT log into your server. They log in on Meta / Google / X official login pages.

You never see or store their password.

Your server only receives an access token, which is designed by Meta/Twitter to be safe.

Tokens are stored in the database using encryption.

Stackposts only uses OAuth 2.0, which is the same login method used by all SaaS platforms.

✔ Passwords are never stored ✔ OAuth login is industry standard ✔ Your server receives limited, controlled access ✔ Users can revoke access anytime from their Facebook/Twitter settings

4️⃣ What analytics do users see on the dashboard?

The demo does not show analytics because no real accounts are connected.

But after connecting accounts, users can see:

For Facebook Pages

Page reach

Impressions

Engagement

Demographics (age, gender, country)

Fan growth

Top posts

For Instagram

Impressions

Reach

Profile views

Followers growth

Post insights (likes, comments, saves)

For other networks

Metrics supported by their official APIs.

Analytics depend on which permissions the social network provides.

5️⃣ Will users get banned for automation or auto-posting?

No — because Stackposts uses official APIs for publishing.

Social networks allow scheduling tools (like Buffer, Hootsuite, Business Suite). Stackposts works the same way.

✔ Auto-post = through official API ✔ No bot activity ✔ No fake actions ✔ No browser automation ✔ No password saving

As long as you use the official API, there is zero risk of being flagged as a bot.

I am unable to save files when i am searching media on search online. I am using unsplash and pexels api , media showing on search but not saved.

Configure all required API Keys for the social networks you want to use.

Make sure each API is enabled after configuration.

Then go to Admin Dashboard → Plans and enable the social networks you want for each specific plan.
