I was selling the project, but the price doubled. Is there a reason for this?
The price has been updated based on continuous improvements, added features, and overall product value. As the app has been enhanced and expanded over time, the pricing has been adjusted accordingly to reflect that.
Hi, I’m very confused between these 3 products could you please explain which one have all options features ? Because you mentioned you would include the laboratory module as well
I need all their feature option into a single one (laravel + frontend + flutter app + addons)
- KiviCare™ – Best Clinic and Patient Management Flutter App
- KiviCare – Patient Management App for Clinics and Doctors
- KiviLabs – Complete Laboratory Management System with Booking
the wordpress version is more expensive would cost higher to buy each addons seperately
2) also what can we expect next in your current roadmap ?
Thank you for your interest in our KiviCare products.
To help clarify the differences between the listed solutions, please see the breakdown below:
KiviCare – Patient Management App for Clinics and Doctors
Powered by a WordPress backend, Includes all three roles within a single app: Patient, Receptionist, and Doctor
KiviCare™ – Best Clinic and Patient Management Flutter App
Powered by a Laravel backend
Includes two separate mobile apps: Clinic Admin App, Patient App
KiviLabs – Complete Laboratory Management System with Booking
Powered by a Laravel backend, A standalone application specifically designed for laboratory management
Roadmap Update – KiviCare (Laravel Version)
We are currently working on integrating the Laboratory Module into the KiviCare Laravel system, along with improving overall performance and stability. This enhancement includes updates to the:
Laravel backend, Web panel, Flutter mobile applications
Once released, this update will unify clinic and laboratory functionalities within a single ecosystem, enabling them to operate seamlessly together.
Thanks any ETA month release ?
The release is planned for the end of this month or early next month, depending on final testing and stability checks.
I am interested in the KiviCare Complete Clinic Management System (Laravel + Flutter) script you offer. Before purchasing, I have a few questions:
Is the platform fully web-based using Laravel, or is the web functionality tied to the mobile app?
We do NOT need the mobile app — we only need the web platform. • If the web platform is Laravel, can it be used fully without the Flutter app?
Does the web version already include integrations with WhatsApp, Google Calendar, and Zoom, or would those need to be added separately?
Thank you for your interest in KiviCare – Complete Clinic Management System. Please find the clarification below:
KiviCare includes a fully functional Laravel-based web platform. The system works independently and is not technically dependent on the Flutter mobile app.
Third-Party Integrations— The system supports online consultation integrations, including: Zoom, Google Meet
By default, the system does not include built-in integrations for: WhatsApp, Google Calendar
Additional integrations or advanced customizations can be implemented separately based on your specific requirements.
I was a bit confused at first and thought this system was offered as a SaaS platform. Now I understand it is a self-hosted solution.
I am actually interested in building a SaaS version for clinics, so I would like to know if this script can be adapted to a multi-tenant SaaS model, or if you offer any SaaS-ready version.
Thank you for your support.
Thank you for your message and for the clarification. You are correct — KiviCare is a self-hosted solution and is not offered as a SaaS platform by default. Each installation is designed to run independently on your own server. That said, the script can be adapted to a multi-tenant SaaS model. Since KiviCare is built on Laravel, it is technically feasible to convert it into a SaaS architecture, such as supporting tenant-based clinics with isolated data, subscription management, and centralized administration. However, this transformation would require custom development, including multi-tenancy implementation, billing and subscription logic, data isolation, and deployment automation. At present, we do not offer a SaaS-ready or multi-tenant version. If you are interested in building a SaaS platform for clinics, we would be happy to discuss customization possibilities and advise on feasibility based on your requirements.
@iqonicteam we don’t know about the vendor app but we can confirm that the last version you have uploaded to codecanyon has issues or missing files or is the wrong version because we cannot compile or build apk from it. you need to review it.
We have already checked the latest version uploaded on CodeCanyon, and it is working correctly on our side without missing files. The APK builds successfully when following the provided documentation.
To help you faster and more accurately, please generate a support ticket. https://iqonic.desky.support/Hi when can we expect next update ?
Thank you for your interest in the KiviCare Clinic Management System.
We’re pleased to share that our upcoming update will include enhanced app stability, performance improvements, and the introduction of the Labs module. At the moment, our team is thoroughly testing all workflows and modules to ensure everything functions smoothly and to prevent any potential issues.
As this update requires careful and precise testing, we’re unable to provide a confirmed release timeline just yet. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Is this project yours? KiviCare™ – Clinical management system for healthcare with scheduling and EMR (Laravel + Flutter) are you saying that I am downloading and sharing it with you? You can’t sell a project with code problems without offering support. Make a list of tasks I need to complete to compile and translate the application and send it to you without making any further changes. Just so you know, I haven’t customized anything, changed anything, or done anything illegal or against your policies. First of all, I’m not a developer, I’m not a programmer; I’m a healthcare professional trying to build a health app, and that’s all. You keep making excuses not to offer support, saying I’m breaking laws or your policies, saying I’m doing something illegal, but I’m not doing anything. I bought the code, downloaded it directly from CodeCanyon, the translation doesn’t work, and you keep accusing me of things I didn’t do and never will do. You don’t want me as a client, so give me back the money I paid for the code, or just show me what I need to do to make the app work.
Yes, this is our product, “KiviCare™ – Clinic Management System for Healthcare with Appointments & EMR (Laravel + Flutter)”, and we have uploaded the proper ZIP files—the Customer App, Vendor App, and Admin Panel—correctly on Codecanyon.
We have already shared proper proof related to the ZIP files in your support ticket. You can review the proof provided there carefully. Using the verification links shared in the support ticket, you can also compare the files, which will clearly help you understand the significant difference between our original ZIP code and the Vendor ZIP you shared. As per our support policy rules, we cannot share those links here, but you can verify and compare them directly from the support ticket.
You mentioned that you downloaded the ZIP from Codecanyon and shared it with us, but by mistake, you have shared a Vendor App ZIP of a different product. We have provided you with the exact ZIP file that exists on Codecanyon. Once you compare our ZIP with the ZIP you shared, the issue will be clearly understood.
If you are stating that you did not customize the Vendor App, then please review the following:
- Image 1 shows our original code structure: https://prnt.sc/31xyaMzJ8uWS
- Image 2 shows your code structure: https://prnt.sc/Rwh1YMqFABut
When you compare both images, you will notice that the code structures are completely different. Based on this, it appears that the Vendor ZIP you shared is not ours and was likely shared by mistake.
Additionally, we ran the Vendor ZIP shared by you on our side, and the output is shown in Image 3: https://prnt.sc/KGfifPHrukbr
As seen in Image 3, this output appears when running your shared Vendor ZIP, which is something we have never implemented in our product. Therefore, one of the following must be true: - You have shared a Vendor ZIP of another product, or - Some customization has been done.
However, honestly, we strongly believe that you have shared a Vendor ZIP belonging to a different product, because if customization had been done, at least some part of our original code structure would still exist. In your shared ZIP, the entire codebase and structure are different, which clearly indicates that the wrong ZIP was shared unintentionally.
We kindly request you to calmly understand this matter first. Please download the Vendor ZIP from the Drive link shared in the support ticket, compare it with your ZIP, and you will clearly understand what we are trying to explain.
Also, as mentioned earlier and repeated again for clarity, please communicate only through the support ticket. Discussing the same issue in both comments and the support ticket can cause delays, as managing the same concern in two places becomes time-consuming.
Once you reply on the support ticket, please wait for our response.
Our support team’s working hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST. If you contact us after 6:00 PM, assistance will resume the next working day after 9:00 AM. Even if messages are posted in multiple places, we can only respond within our working hours.
We request you to please understand the importance of time and reach out to us only via the support ticket. This will help us avoid delays and assist you faster and more effectively. We hope you will now continue the conversation only through the support ticket, so we can provide quick and focused assistance.
Thank you for your understanding.
The files I shared with you are the ones I downloaded from CodeCanyon. It’s possible you mistakenly included other files with broken code, and I ended up downloading them. I’m having several problems translating the application; some things translate, others don’t, not to mention the translation fails all the time. I’ve already said I didn’t customize the application; I’ve sent you the same code twice, and you keep insisting I customized it, and you refuse to offer support. I just bought the application because I bought it during a Black Friday promotion, and because of that, you’re not delivering original content. I need you to provide a way to translate it completely and efficiently, or I will request a refund. I demand a more professional attitude from you towards your customers. I’m very sad to be publicly discussing this when it’s something so simple that any support team can easily resolve. I’ve bought other codes here and never had problems, but with you, the support is completely incapable of resolving simple things that can be solved in 10 minutes. I’ve been trying to resolve this for 4 days and nothing. The only thing you say is that I’m violating rules and doing illegal things, even though I bought the project, paid for it, and am only asking for translation support. I think you need to review your customer service a bit because companies like this don’t go very far and don’t last very long.
The code you shared is not part of any of our products, so there is no way we could have uploaded it on Codecanyon. Since we do not even have such code, it is not possible for us to upload it—even by mistake. This is the main point.
Also, we requested your Vendor App code ZIP only so that we could assist you with file translation. We are fully ready to help, but we request you to verify the links shared in the support ticket and continue the discussion there, so we can assist you faster and more effectively.
That said, there is no need to worry about the confusion you are facing. We are ready to assist you and clear everything to show that we have properly uploaded the correct ZIP files on Codecanyon. For this, you can log in to your Codecanyon account on your PC, open the page from where the ZIP is downloaded, and keep it open.
Then, please share your AnyDesk access ID via the support ticket and keep the support ticket open in another tab, so we can connect via AnyDesk and explain everything clearly and accurately. This will help us resolve the confusion quickly in real time.
We waited the entire day to explain everything properly via AnyDesk, but you did not share your AnyDesk ID. Without AnyDesk access, we are unable to prove in real time that the ZIP files uploaded on Codecanyon are correct.
It is possible that you were busy, which is why you could not reach out.
Also, our office working hours have ended for today, and Saturday–Sunday are weekend holidays. Please share your AnyDesk ID on Monday, so we can clearly demonstrate that we have properly uploaded the correct ZIP files on Codecanyon.
The confusion appears to be related to the ZIP shared from your side, not from ours.
Thank you for your understanding.
Hello team, The system is very good; I am testing it and I would like to know if you could add two features:
If a doctor works in multiple clinics or offices, allow the patient to choose between those options when booking an appointment.
In each doctor’s profile, allow selecting which types of medical insurance they accept.
Thank you very much.
Regarding your first point, when a customer or patient books an appointment, we already provide the option to first select the clinic and then choose the doctor, so this functionality is currently available.
For the second feature about selecting the types of medical insurance accepted by each doctor, this is a very good suggestion. We will definitely consider it and plan to include it in a future update.
Thank you again for your valuable feedback.
Any plans to optimise this DB Load issue for the future releases?
Yes, database optimization has already been added to our development roadmap. We are actively working on improving query performance, reducing load time, and enhancing caching layers in upcoming updates.
I downloaded the files but the doctor and patient application codes were missing.
Hello, thank you for reaching out.
Our package includes all applications under the Flutter Apps folder, which contains both the Clinic Admin App and the Patient App source code.
Please note:
The Clinic Admin App manages multiple roles including Doctor, Clinic Admin, Receptionist, and Pharmacy.
The Patient App is also included in the same Flutter Apps folder.
To assist you further, could you please confirm which version of the code you downloaded?
If you still find any files missing after extracting the zip and enabling Dart support in your IDE, kindly create a support ticket on our platform. When raising the ticket, please include details such as:
1. The version of the code you downloaded 2. The files you believe are missing 3. Any screenshots, if possible

We’ll be happy to help you resolve this quickly.
Pre-sale question about KiviCare (Laravel) & KiviLabs (Laravel)
Hi there,
I’m evaluating your Laravel + Flutter healthcare products and I need a bit of clarification before purchasing.
1. KiviCare (Laravel) + KiviLabs (Laravel)
Is there any official or planned integration between:
- KiviCare – Complete Clinic Management System (Laravel + Flutter) and
- KiviLabs – Multi-Vendor Medical Lab & Home Sample Collection (Laravel + Flutter)
In other words, do you provide (or plan to provide) KiviLabs as a built-in / optional laboratory module inside KiviCare (shared database, shared patient records, single sign-on, etc.), so that a clinic can manage both clinical encounters and lab workflows in one unified system?
Or are these two products designed to be completely separate installations with no official integration at the moment?
2. Telemedicine in the Laravel version of KiviCare
On the WordPress side, I can see separate Telemed add-ons (Zoom / Google Meet) for KiviCare.
For the Laravel + Flutter version of KiviCare, can you please confirm:
- Does telemedicine (video consultation) come natively integrated in the Laravel product out of the box?
- If yes, which video providers are supported (Zoom, Google Meet, Jitsi, custom WebRTC, etc.)?
- Or is telemedicine currently available only for the WordPress KiviCare ecosystem and not yet for the Laravel version?
I’m specifically interested only in the Laravel + Flutter stack (not WordPress), so I just want to be sure what is included and what is on your roadmap before I decide which licenses to buy.
Thank you in advance for the clarification.
Thank you for your interest in KiviCare (Laravel) and KiviLabs (Laravel). Please find the clarifications below:
Integration Between KiviCare (Laravel) & KiviLabs (Laravel) At the moment, KiviCare (Laravel) and KiviLabs (Laravel) are separate standalone systems. However, we are actively working on bringing the Laboratory Module directly inside KiviCare (Laravel) in an upcoming update.
This means:
A built-in lab module will be added inside KiviCare
Shared ecosystem (patients, doctors, reports, etc.)
No need for a separate KiviLabs installation
Smooth workflow for clinics managing both clinical and laboratory operations
So yes — a unified KiviCare + Lab module is planned and will be available in future updates.
Telemedicine in KiviCare (Laravel + Flutter) Yes, Telemedicine is included by default in the Laravel version of KiviCare. It is not an add-on, unlike the WordPress ecosystem.
Supported video providers: 1. Zoom, 2. Google Meet
You can configure and use either of these two options directly.
Note: Telemedicine for the Laravel + Flutter stack is fully native and already available — no additional purchase is required.
Additional questions about the upcoming integration (Laravel version only)
Thank you for your previous reply — that was very helpful. I have a few more technical questions regarding the future direction of the KiviCare (Laravel) ecosystem.
1. Will KiviCare (Laravel) become a multi-tenant SaaS platform?
Currently, KiviCare (Laravel) looks like a standalone clinical system (single installation for a single clinic or group). With the upcoming integrated Laboratory Module, will the Laravel version support:
- multi-tenant mode (each clinic as its own workspace)
- separate clinic onboarding
- separate doctor/patient data isolation
- subscription billing (Stripe, PayPal, etc.)
- a global “Super Admin SaaS Provider” role
This is very important for us because we are evaluating whether KiviCare (Laravel) can be used as the base for a full SaaS platform.
2. Do you have an estimated release date for the integrated Lab Module?
- Is there any approximate ETA (weeks / months)?
- Will this update be included in the regular KiviCare (Laravel) license?
- If we purchase now, will migration to the unified version be smooth?
3. What is the future of KiviLabs (Laravel) once the Lab Module becomes part of KiviCare?
- Will KiviLabs continue as a separate product?
- Or will it be deprecated once the unified solution is released?
- Should new buyers focus only on KiviCare (Laravel) going forward?
4. Roadmap question
Do you have a public or private roadmap link for the Laravel ecosystem? We are specifically interested in upcoming modules such as:
- advanced billing
- insurance / claims workflow
- FHIR / HL7 / MOHAP integrations
- e-Prescription enhancements
Your answers will help us decide our long-term direction since we are planning a full SaaS deployment for clinics and labs.
Thanks again for the excellent support!
Thank you for your interest in KiviCare Laravel. We appreciate your detailed questions — here are the clarifications:
Multi-Tenant / SaaS: KiviCare Laravel is currently not designed as a multi-tenant SaaS system, and SaaS mode is not included in our present roadmap. However, we may review this for the future based on market demand. If SaaS capabilities are introduced later, we will announce them officially in our roadmap.
Integrated Laboratory Module (Laravel): The unified Lab Module for KiviCare Laravel is currently under development. We do not have a confirmed ETA yet, but it will be released in an upcoming update once finalized.
We are still evaluating whether this module will be provided as an add-on or included directly in the KiviCare Laravel package. The final decision will depend on the feature scope and market demand.
Future Roadmap (Planned Features): We are evaluating and planning the following features for future updates:
1. Recurring Appointments, 2. SOS / Emergency Support, 3. QR Code Check-In, 4. Duty Roster & Payroll, 5. Doctor Subscription
We will also review your suggestions, and if they are feasible, we will add them to our roadmap.
I want to buy this project, I would like some information beforehand: 1- Does the project have doctor-patient video conferencing? 2- Would it be possible to add the EFI bank’s PIX API from the documentation here, and what would the cost be? https://dev.efipay.com.br/docs/api-pix/credenciais/ 3- Is there support for compilation, customization, and publication on the Apple Store Connect and Google Play Console?
Here are the answers to your queries regarding the KiviCare (Laravel + Flutter) system:
1) Doctor–Patient Video Conferencing: Yes, the system supports doctor–patient video calling.
2) EFI Bank PIX API Integration: Integration is possible, but you will need to contact our business team for pricing and implementation details. Contact: https://teams.live.com/l/invite/FEAh18wQSi9roOzkA8

Reference: https://service.iqonic.design/services/kivicare-flutter-app-with-laravel-backend/
3) Support for Compilation, Customization & App Publishing, I’m not referring to you doing things for me, I mean doing them myself, and when there are flaws and errors in the code, you offering support in the processes, especially in the publishing process, which requires some information that only voices can provide.
Yes, we will guide you through the setup, and you can directly connect with our developer through the support ticket. However, we do not provide full setup services through support. Our developer will guide you, but the complete setup has to be done from your side.

*same app

No, the WordPress and Laravel versions use different Flutter apps — they are built separately for their respective backends.
