Hello, I checked demo, looks good. Can you add feature for image click along with upload using mobile camera or webcam in pc? Sometimes need to upload older record of patient when they come with old 3rd party reports physical copy. (take image button will help easy navigation)

Can we customizations at our end ? like limiting features for reception, complete data export for record (patient visit history, prescription, notes, diagnosis, etc… (PDF or excel ?) sometimes needed for medico legal purposes.

The “Take Image” option using the mobile camera is already available in the mobile app. For the web/PC version, we will review and enable webcam capture along with the existing upload option, so you can easily capture old third-party reports or physical copies directly.

Regarding your other points:

You can already limit or restrict features for roles (such as reception staff) through the existing permission management system.

The platform already includes a data export option for patient visit history, prescriptions, notes, diagnosis, etc., which can be generated in PDF or Excel format whenever required for medico-legal purposes

Do you have any scripts to facilitate online bus ticket sales? Like an Uber for buses, where bus companies register their buses for passenger trips? I only found two scripts on Codecanyon that do this, but they’re not as good as Iconic Design.

ICD-10 coding – ICD-10 support is not included by default.

Telemedicine/Virtual Consultation – KiviCare offers a Telemedicine add-on that supports video call, and e-prescriptions for seamless online consultations.

I would want to integrate with either Chapa or TeleBirr. Similar to M-PESA, Ethiopian Telecom offers a mobile money service called Telebirr. Customers may pay their invoices, send and receive money, and manage their finances using their mobile devices. Chapa, on the other hand, is an online payment gateway that enables Ethiopian businesses to accept digital payments from both local and international customers.

We have reviewed the developer documentation for your requested payment gateways, and yes, it is possible to integrate them into the system. Since these gateways are not part of KiviCare’s default payment options, the integration would require custom development.

With the current source code, you can deploy a multi-vendor system for clinics. However, KiviCare Laravel does not support full SaaS (multi-tenant) functionality out of the box. If you require a SaaS setup, it will require additional customization.

Hi, I read that you’re going to integrate Kivicare with Kivilabs. Could you tell me if the databases will be unified? For example, will a patient who registers with Kivicare automatically appear on the Kivilab dashboard as well?

No, the customer who registers with KiviCare will not be able to use the same login details to access a separate KiviLab user app.

Instead, KiviLab features will be integrated directly into the KiviCare user app, so patients can manage appointments, lab tests, and reports all in one place. This approach ensures a seamless and unified user experience.

Our current primary focus is on product stability and overall system improvements. In parallel, we are actively working on Pharma & Inventory Management and Lab Test integration modules.

It would be great if you could import the encounters. I want to migrate all data from the WordPress plugin to a Laravel and Flutter script. Appointments, encounters, patients. How can I achieve this?

However, we understand the importance of a smooth transition. We will soon be releasing a feature that allows you to import Encounter data, making it easier to recreate and manage your clinical workflows in the new system.

I’m encountering several bugs, generally related to database relationships:

Doctor Creation Issue: When I try to add a new doctor as an Admin, despite meeting all password requirements (uppercase, lowercase, symbols), I get a password error and cannot add the doctor. Clinic Service Deletion Issue: When I try to delete existing clinic services, the clinic pages stop opening due to clinic-service relationship constraints. Frontend Header Settings Issue: When I disable the “Doctor” field in Frontend Header Settings, it creates an empty record in the database, making this field uneditable afterward. I have to manually fix the database record. Doctor Password Change Issue: When I try to change the password of existing doctors as an admin, I encounter errors again. Doctor-Service Relationship Issue: If a service assigned to a specific doctor is deleted, the doctor disappears from the list due to database relationship constraints, and I have to fix this manually in the database.

These are the issues I’ve encountered so far. They might already be on your roadmap, but I wanted to report them anyway. Thank you.

Doctor Creation & Password Change: We are aware of the validation issue and a fix is currently in progress.

Clinic Service Deletion: This is caused by database relationship constraints; we plan to implement safer deletion handling.

Frontend Header Settings: Disabling specific fields creates invalid records — this will be resolved in an upcoming update.

Doctor-Service Deletion: Deleting a linked service affects doctor visibility due to constraints. This is being addressed to prevent data integrity issues.

Regarding multilingual compatibility: Static homepage content currently does not support dynamic language switching. However, we are planning to add in our roadmap multilingual fields and integration with the existing translation system to support internationalization more effectively.

These two are conceptually similar products but built using different technologies — one is based on WordPress and the other on Laravel. Yes, they are independent and works without relying on each other.
