In this type of app there is no different in look or functionality.In hybrid app you don’t have to use xcode because all solutions are build in and each time you want use native fuction you just add/install plugin and then you have access to specify fuction and much more.
2. No we use html, css, js and then whole app and all files are ziped to single file and upload to phonegap build page where you generate your ipa ios installation file. You can also create itr localy but on phonegap is much easier
