In widget, can we add WhatsApp and other Chat channels as well?

I’m interested in your product, however I’d like to know if you have the option to after they enter number, the receive an automated call that announces it was a request, and if they are ready to take it, to press one, then the call is forward to agent. This is in order to avoid pranks. Since it uses twilio, I know it’s possible. Maybe something you add in the future?

I have the system installed correctly the installation was successful, twillio number SID and Token agent # Agent email all good but it does not work.

Admin doesn’t calls anyone. Once you have integrated the web application customers and live users will be able to contact website support with their phone

there are many factors involved in software working and functionality. Might be you did not install it well. There might be a server issue or there might be any other misconfiguration or setting issue. There might be issue at Call API. We asked you for ftp / Cpanel credentials still it’s not provided… Dear Customer Simon we are not blaming you we just shared details and consequences that why is it always your issue that takes too much time.
