Hello, the doors are not published automatically. We have scheduled them to be published at 00:00 on each day of December 2025, but for the second day in a row the doors did not publish automatically. (Today there was a note in red “missed scheduling” (“Verpasste Planung”).) We now have to manually publish the doors. Why is that?

Hi, I’ve just installed SantaPress (Regular License). The website is multilanguage; i.d. the questions and answers should be in German, French and English. Is there any extension to translate the texts or something similar? Or how am I supposed to handle this issue? Notice: I use Polylang and Polylang themes strings…. Ist es Möglich, dass man relativ schnell Support erhält, da morgen bereits der 1. Dezember ist. Das Plugin funktioniert bei mir wirklich gar nicht…

Als Administrator kann ich die Tür öffnen, wenn ich allerdings beim Kontaktformular auf “Senden” klicke, werde ich zum Admin Bereich weitergeleitet.

Weiteres Problem: Als Gast, öffnet sich das Türchen weder bei Opera, Safari noch Firefox. Auch Mobile funktioniert es nicht. Das Türchen öffnet sich zwar, kommt aber weder ein PopUp noch ein neues Fenster, je nach Einstellung. Zum testen habe ich extra den ersten Tag heute gestartet. Auch bei Freunden funktioniert es nicht.

Woran könnte das liegen?

I need to get an advent calendar up asap. I bought the deals calendar plugin back in 2019 from here. It looks very like this plugin. Are they the same plugin? This year the deals calendar is not displaying on my Divi site

Hi, a couple of quick questions:

Firstly, you linked https://gist.github.com/flymke/882b0c0bcbb95fe8ba3d34d638cb2b58 and https://gist.github.com/flymke/c840f5c3a44aa2d93d4d8ed553bd343f for code to make the previously-opened doors “stay” open – where do we add this code? Is it within the plugin settings, or the plugin files?

Secondly, I’d like to change the colour of links in the text on the modal popups for each day. I assume this is a case of adding code to the custom CSS in the global settings?

Hi there, I have updated the plugin from version 1.6.2 to the newest version 1.7.1 and now there’s a problem. When I revert back to 1.6.2 the problem is gone. So there seems to be a bug in the newest plugin version.

The problem is the following: On small screens (and also when resizing the browser window) the content of a door (popup) is not fully scrollable. Inside the popup I can scroll all the way down to see the content, but I can’t scroll all the way up. The top part of the content is cut off. When I revert back to the old plugin version (1.6.2) the same door/popup is fully scrollable. For now, the solution is simply to use the older plugin version. But it would be great if in the future this bug could be fixed.

When I try to disable the snow overlay in the settings, it moves the modal below the advent calendar and to the bottom of the screen. Any way to get around this? Perhaps a CSS override?

I already used this plugin last year, and then the only way to change the font was to enter this code:

But Roboto is a google font and now I want to use a custom coorporate font. I use Elementor pro and I added these fonts there, and if I enter that font in the css codes, it shows well for me, but not for other users others computers. Is there any way to import this so that it is visible to everyone?
