I think the biggest drawback of this plugin is that there’s no option to add items directly to the cart; I am forced to insert only the product URL in the cart icon for the item. This creates inconvenience for the customer. Despite many updates, we still haven’t received this feature, and I think this is a big downside for an online store.

BUGS on all fronts I have recently purchased the plugin as I think the demo works and looks really beautiful and could be a real game changer regarding music distrubution. Sadly I have found several bugs that stopped me using the plugin right now:
1. Player settings (e.G. I set the pill filter to dropdown and set another color) are not saved and I only get the default player (in blue and with pill filter)
2. Filters except Text filters are not working and not even showing up at the page
I have tried the plugin on a site already existed and then I have setup a completely new instance of Wordpress but with the same bad results so it´s not a Wordpress or a theme problem.
Maybe you find a solution for this issues during time.

I just downloaded the latest update to see if the bug finally has been resolved. Partly yes, so hopefully you can fix the last part.
Ok, to replicate the issue, here we go, ill take your demo as example:

2. Click on for example mood, pick: “calm” and “easy”. It will say : Number of results found 2
3. Now, press the little icon “copy filters” and paste the url i another tab in your browser.
- adding or removing ANY filter from here now gives correct results, before it did not, so this has been fixed, great!
- BUT, ( here comes the bug ) if you press “reset filter” adding or removing filters stops working, it will not filter anything, it will show all reults, Number of results found 20, whatever you choose from here.

Still the Bug i mentioned here for 11 months ago“Filters not working under urls made by audiofilter.”
is now partly working again. Urls do now work if ONLY 1 filter has been chosen. If i choose multiple filters the url created give you a faulty result saying Number of results found 0 and does not display any.BUG 2 (New Bug)

use_filtering does work in our tests.
Just checked your demo, its working there now. Have you made any adjustments to it lately ? It does not work on my site after updating. I did notice a difference in the url from your demo to mine:
Comparing URL
Lets say i choose: mood ( calm and chill ) , the press copy url. I get this ending url on your demo:
?waf-instance=player1&waf-scroll-to-player=1&waf-filter-id-4=calm,chill
If i make the same on my site: ill get
?waf-instance=waf_player0&waf-scroll-to-player=1&waf-filter-id-3=Calm,chill
You can see it creates a big first letter on Calm and small on the chill?
This is what is causing it to actually fail and show no results.
Changing the letter in the url from a small “c” to big “C# on the word Chill will show the correct result.
Still one issue persist, lloking in the filter under mood does not show chill being choosen though.
I also tested to set small letters in the url, like it creates in your demo, this does not work either.
Regarding use_filtering ….
I have tried everything, still does not work for me. This stopped working for me after updating. This is not top priority though since i can hide it using css for the moment. But the issue with filters is really important.
But on your page, you still have the MAIN ISSUE again i pointed out 11 months ago, this was fixed yesterday. So you must have done some changes to your demo lately. If the filters mood ( calm and chill ) has been choosen and then you press reset filter, NONE OF YOUR FILTERS WORKING. So basically your back on square 1 again.
See for yourself, go to the url below in your demo, press reset filter and try use the filters again.

SUMMARY OF THIS ISSUE
1. Why it does work on your demo regarding muliple filters selected and not on mine site?
- Cause you have written your filters in the admin with all small letters. I have written mine with a a big letter at the beginning, instead of chill i have entered Chill. If i choose to do the same in admin like you have done, multiple filters selected will work for me too, but…
2. Now to the problem: Using small letters in admin will set us back to the main problem i reported 11 months ago instead.
Meaning:
If for example the filters mood ( calm and chill ) has been choosen and then you press reset filter, NONE OF THE FILTERS WORKING. So basically back on square 1 again, and this is what is happening on your demo.
Please, have a look at this once and for all. This finding should shred some light on where too look for the issue.
PS. Futher checking i noticed that pressing “reset filters” as explained above in section 2 above does not work with either small or big letters, so the bug regarding ( pressing reset filter nukes the filters worthless ) is present in ANY scenario, just checked my site too. So the main issue i still present unfortunately

THIS LATEST RELEASE HAS A VERY VISIBLE BUG
Waveforms missing when pressing on some filters. Please, kindly asking you to FIX this.
Seems its ONLY happening in GRID STYLE mode, the others seems to work fine.
Check your own demo, issues are present just by pressing on some filters. I am using latest Firefox, but same result in chrome

Just tested it out, great, its working again.
Updated today after long time. I have been using the short code use_filtering=”0” to NOT show the filter on certain places with no issues. After updating this does not work anymore, when set to 0 nothing is shown at all, if i set it to 1 use_filtering=”1” it show everything with filter. Is this a bug ?

Hello Sir, when you have a chance please fix this issue, also see the pictures and Envatos code purchase terms. If its not followed, Envato should not list this item, or should make author put the correct items, I paid/bought this for using in website, first audio filter is very buggy and missing code, worse is the code quality its scrambled so you cannot see it.
Envato clearly says the code is included in your purchase components.
I don’t know why is it missing the js code for the waf.js is scrambled code
- Cannot update/add /modify the button filters
- Bug – Cannot attach any events to debug
- Bad code – missing Some files also, I cant make it work in my site with the latest updates

Our plugin is not connected to Woocommerce, but instead it uses its own interal filtering for songs.
Its fully compatible with Wordpress.
not happy with plugin. i believed each song would be registered as a custom post type and then added to playlist so it would show up as a post. this would allow for expanding the player for the site use. but it puts it in a playlist then is displayed by short code.
i wish i can get a refund, because i cant use this at all, the way it is.

This plugin is not connected with Woocommerce. It can create filterable audio gallery and sticky player. You can however link each audio file to custom url if you want to try to use it as a store or similar.
