When we purchased this product, we were informed that the current version would be retained. You say you updated to version 3.39. Version 3.3 no longer works. We paid you to run the code and script in the current version. We want it to run according to the procedures for the old version, 3.3. You’ll tell me to download the new version. I downloaded it and tried the installation three times. When xsender-whatsapp-service node.js is installed in CPanel, it conflicts with port 2083. If we ask if you have any information about this, you’ll ask. Pay attention to these details in your documentation.

So, were you trying to update from a very old version to the latest one, or were you trying to install it as a fresh new installation? and for node js issue I think it conlict with your server port I would request to you contact your server provider how can run node js application in your control panel

the Invalid License Problem is so Repeatative, i Have Deadly Followed all the steps, The QR is Even working fine, but after 1-2 hrs the same again Repeats & we need to restart the Node & Clear Cache… But how this will work… its a Very irritating issue in this Update. We can’t do this Step on Each Hour Basis, please look in the Update.

I have followed al the steps to upgrade. Things have been upgraded as well, but this Domain unverified Screen is keep coming frequently even we have put the details multiple times. When it removed from the system still it starts coming after next 4-5 hrs. Either the license is loosing connection with your servers or how this is keep coming. I am extremely unhappy with support. The lazy support guyz don’t ready the ticket carefully, just do a rubbish reply & take full day to reply next day and then come up with another non-sense answer. Paid $100 for installation & to get this running; have taken 4 days but still not resolved and coming up with lame excuses which shows non-seriousness and technical inability. Sir, be aware of your language and be professional, you have not configured and updated properly, please follow the Version3,38.md files where it is clearly mentioned and this application is not like other common cms type applications that you know better here lot’s of think not possible to run shared server or normal webhosting and we clearly mention in our item descriptions….

Getting issue with scanning QR code. Shoing “Active” status under Node Device but WhatsApp in phone showing “Couldnt login. Check your Phone’s internet connection and scan QR code again”. This is showing in 3 different networks.

How to update - Manually or through Admin Panel?

you can through admin by upload update zip file or manually unzip to your project root
