WHY DON’T YOU ALLOW ME TO MAKE THE CALL? How are you supposed to make the call to clients that are not inside the Perfex? is not a reasonable reason to add none clients to the system to make the call.

YOU – Yes, there is a digital softphone integrated into the module. However, you cannot dial other numbers directly; it works only with existing leads and customers.
We didn’t add this feature because some clients specifically requested not to have it, and in other cases it could be misused unnecessarily. However, if you need this functionality, we can customize it for you.
does it has call recording on incoming and out? i mean call recording for all calls + logs
i need to record all cals – in and out.

Hi Team,
We are currently using the paid version of your Lead Manager module for Perfex CRM. We had temporarily deactivated the module and are now trying to activate it again. However, the system is asking for the purchase code. Sent email through code canyon and seperately too on your sales id. When we enter our purchase code, it shows that the code has already been used, and we are unable to reactivate the module. Could you please help us resolve this issue?
Additionally, we wanted to check if you can customize the module to use Indian phone numbers, We would be happy to discuss any additional cost if required.

I am receiving error “Error: Client version not supported”. When I disable the module, the error goes away. I made sure everything is up to date, including this module.

I have multiple admin users – when they email a lead, it sends from the email address on the company settings which is noreply, so all users who email its sending from that email and not the one linked to their own user account?
i found it, i think the settings should be move to main settings – be better there

Pre-Sale: Is this the equivalent of a telemarketing feature? If so, is there an integrated dialer? Reference: Teleman. Will each staff admin have access? Does it work with SaaS? Any responses appreciated.
There is no built-in dialer pad the system initiates calls directly to the number. However, if you require a dialer pad feature, we can customize it for you.
The module has been making Perfex slow since the latest updates; I have to disable it to restore smooth page and database loading.

Why removed SaaS? We were ready to get on board :/ Also would be really nice when receiving a call from an existing lead/Customer, to have a button to show account information
Why you Removed SAAS compatibility in latest update? Isn’t this addon supposed to work with saas ?
