I like to buy your Lead Manager module, however here are my concerns.
1. Can the bot be configured and place on the website, may be with a script generated such that it can be used on website to attend to client. Can you also let me know how does this bot works, do we have to preconfigure all the responses?
2. Is it possible to have auto dialer on all list once a call starts ? i.e once the first leads is called, the agent can pause or continue the call?
3. It doesnt have a dialer, there is a need as we may need to call a number without needing to store as lead (it could be stakeholders or even team mates..
4. How possible is it that a single caller ID will be shown to outgoing calls, even if we have more than 20 callers with different phone numbers.
5. I see that you cannot import using Lead Manager, you have to import leads until you use Perfex default leads tab. Can we have this?
6. Please confirm that when we use this in SAAS, each client will only see details about their assigned twilio numbers, not like seeing 10 numbers and credits when they are assigned to one. We may want to use one single twillio account. What do you advise?

I have a main Twilio number, and each of my two employees has their own personal Twilio number.
I would like the WhatsApp menu to be accessible to everyone using the main Twilio number. Is this possible?
Second thing,
The main number is WhatsApp verified. When I send a message from the WhatsApp menu, the client receives it as an SMS.
Also, when a client chats via WhatsApp, I don’t receive anything in the WhatsApp menu of Perfex, but I can see the WhatsApp messages in the Twilio logs.

I have a question, I see that there is a calls manager or option to add API via Twillo.

Yes you can use a verified call id for this scenario. Go to here Twilio Console and verify your caller id but remember below instruction. Twilio accepts phone numbers in (i.e." title="+1 format">E.164 format, 10-digit US and Canadian numbers with any combination of non-digit separators, or Alphanumeric Sender IDs (SMS only) with up to 11 alphanumeric characters [a-zA-Z0-9]. Refer to for acceptable characters. The number must not be on a do-not-originate (DNO">this page list, and Alpha Sender IDs may not be generic.

Yes you can use whatsapp for each user/staff but it should be a verified whatsapp twilio number.

Good morning, I would like to know about a possible bug that is occurring in some functions of the module.
1 – in the SMS option when sending a message, for some reason the system multiplies the same message several times, sometimes 2, sometimes up to 4 times, I tried to find the solution but I didn’t find it.
2- the BOT option, the conversations cannot access the content, it is hidden, you have to click on the text box and type something and press ENTER to show the content of the conversation that the BOT talked about.
3- Sometimes the Leads tab (lead_manager) keeps loading and does not show the leads.
Have you ever had any reports of similar problems?

When I send text messages, they are always sent 2x or 3x via Twilio, although everything is configured correctly.
