I want to send 3 people notification message (On WhatsApp) once someone buy product. 2 admin and 1 client

I will add a custom filed for products and when someone order, 2 admins should receive the message with that field and client must receive normal order message

ALSO One of those admin shouldn’t get price in message and another admin should get

Please let me know if this is possible with plugin?

Also I have 2nd question, if this plugin will be full or I will have to buy addons to use it? Because some plugins do this and this I don’t want. That’s why I am asking this question.
