Hi, I have purchased a paid version of this plugin from codecanyon. The plugn has a latest update on vr. 3.1.3 but the one available for download in mydownload section here is vr. 3.1. can you please advice on how to upgrade the plugin to the latest version?

I have opened 2 tickets about this same issue. I have not received any responses. If I don’t get a response and solution to the ticket I just submitted, within the next 24 hours, I want a refund. Since installing your plugin, there has been an update nag for a new version 3.1.1.1, however,no matter how many times I update the file, whether it is by manually clicking update, or downloading the file and installing it again, no update happens. It stays on version 3.1. Fix this now.
We have already replied to your ticket. You can always use WP admin panel to update plugin to the latest version. we only release 4th digit update via our server only because it’s a very minor change. We have send you the latest version zip as well in the ticket.
Is there need to purchase monthly plan from a gateway along with this script?
You need to use a gateway through which messages will be processed. Generally they charge per message. Every gateway has different policy, you need to check with your gateway to know more. We offer more than 160+ gateways with a option to use custom gateway which literally allow you to use any gateway of your choice. We even have our app, which allow you to send messages via your phone sim as well.
Why isn’t the latest version uploaded here? Downloading directly from your website has caused us several issues. I purchased three copies from here, and each time I updated, the site broke and caused problems. I contacted you, and you asked me to pay money to fix the issue.
You should upload the updates directly here, not just on your own website. Currently, the version on your site is 3.1.1.1, while the version here is 3.0.1. Please update the plugin here so we can test it before installing it on our websites.

I have three licenses, but after the latest update, I can no longer activate the plugin.
I reverted to the previous version, and it works without any issues. There seems to be a problem with version 3.1.1.1 on your end.

You can use both WhatsApp Cloud API (1000 free messages per month) or send message via WhatsApp Web (WhatsApp Web requires user intervention but it is completely free)

We don’t know how this theme works. If it uses WooCommerce as it’s base, then it will work without any issue. Yes, we have WhatsApp integration in WPNotif.

We have restructured our organisation and are back on track now. We had made mistakes. Majority of issues were with few gateway’s, and our support was not as responsive as it should be. We have rectified all of it now and we are back in game.

1. Can I send bulk SMS via Twilio to existing WordPress users based on user role (e.g. Subscriber)? 2. Is there a built-in form (like Contact Form 7) or do I need to use a specific one? 3. I’m using Elementor and Contact Form 7 — are these compatible? 4. Does WPNotif store mobile numbers directly in the user meta, or is another system used?

Hi, I’m trying to automatically fetch the user’s phone number (e.g., from WooCommerce billing_phone or user meta) and have it appear in the “Mobile Number (WPNotif)” under user details in the WordPress dashboard.
The “Mobile Number (WPNotif)” field in user profiles doesn’t auto-update with existing user meta (e.g., billing_phone or custom fields), even after manual profile updates.
