I’ve noticed some hallucinations in the chat at https://board.support/docs/ and wanted to share a few suggestions that might help improve the response quality:

Adjusting Temperature: Lowering the default value to 0.2 – 0.4 could help reduce randomness and enhance accuracy.

Model Options: In my testing, Grok 4.1 Fast (along with Gemini and DeepSeek) performed very well for both content and code. Adding an OpenRouter in the manual mode would be a great way to test which models minimize hallucinations best.

OpenAI Optimization: If you’d prefer to stick with OpenAI, I’ve read that GPT-5x with Medium Reasoning tends to minimize hallucination.

I hope these insights are helpful! I’d love to hear your thoughts on these adjustments.

You’re trying to access the chat from a domain, or subdomain, different from the one of the installation, in order to do that the server where the chat is installed must be configured properly to accept cross-domain requests. More details at https://board.support/docs#cross . You can verify this issue by checking the Browser Console (you will see an error). The fastest and simplest solution is to just install the chat into the same domain you’re using it.

1- I looked at the membership and pricing page, and to be honest, it’s too confusing for a normal person to figure out. It is not possible sorry. You have to put a link to an external domain including it instead.

1- the customer doesnt get chatbot directly when needed the most which is first installation in the dashboard. many platforms offer chat bot inside its dashboard 2- chatbot only serves enduser not our customer. many n8n use cases creates chatbots that help business owner not jsut ansewr customers but also help him to have quick questions like ” hey support.board! how many appointments we have today? ... ok cancel the appointment at 1:00 PM and ask to reschule later. etc

I purchased your product a year ago, and I’ve really loved using it. Now I want to upgrade to the SaaS extended version, but there’s one important feature missing.

If the AI cannot understand the user’s question, the system should automatically ask for their name and email—without requiring a login or signup. Many businesses using your system already have their own registered users, so asking them to sign up again doesn’t make sense.

Most competitors also detect when a user is logged in and automatically capture their details using a simple check or CAPTCHA. Adding this would create an exceptionally smooth, modern user experience.

I also kindly request an improvement to the chat widget UI. You can take inspiration from the leading platforms in your market—users today prefer simplicity, clarity, and a clean interface.

1. You can set Support Board to automatically ask for their name and email after human request.

2. You can alreay sync external users with Support Board without asking them to login again.

3. The UI is already good and at the highest standards, anyway if you have specific feedback please let me know.

By default you must purchase a new license for each domain, but, if you have 2+ websites owned by you and part of the same brand/company, you can use 1 single installation and a single license and show the chat on multiple websites. If instead, the domains are of other clients and/or are related to other brands/companies you need to purchase a new license for each website/domain.
