Secondly, I am extremely disappointed with your application. This is also a lack of professionalism.
I was forced to hire a developer on Fiverr to fix the App Store rejection issue caused by the app crashing at startup.
So I will give you the solution:
For iOS, you must remove flutter_downloader (it is useless and only causes the app to crash on iOS).
After fixing this issue, I submitted the app to the App Store for the third time. And I have just received my third rejection for the following reason:
Guideline 4.8 — Login Services
Issue:
You are using a third-party login system (probably Google, Facebook, or another provider) BUT you are not offering Sign in with Apple.
Apple is extremely strict about this. As soon as you provide: Google Sign-In Facebook Login or any other social login
You MUST offer Sign in with Apple as an equivalent alternative.
It is mandatory. Otherwise, Apple will reject the application.
You must integrate:
Apple Sign In
Technically, in Flutter: Plugin: sign_in_with_apple
(This is not my responsibility — this is your job as the developer.)

2️⃣ Guideline 3.1.1 — Payments Outside the App Store
Apple states:
Your app accesses digital content purchased outside the app.
This means: Even if you removed payments INSIDE the app…
(For your information, the Fiverr developer I hired removed all payment systems for iOS because Apple rejects apps that bypass their payment system.)
Apple detects that:
Users can have a subscription Premium content exists That content is NOT purchasable via In-App Purchase So for Apple:
You are offering a paid digital service BUT you are bypassing their payment system.
This is not allowed. Why are they saying this? Most likely: Your website sells subscriptions The app allows login with a premium account Premium content is accessible
BUT no In-App Purchases are configured
This violates guideline 3.1.1.
What Apple Allows Allowed case (3.1.3(b) Multiplatform Services):
You may:
Allow access to content purchased elsewhere BUT only if the same content is also purchasable via In-App Purchase.
So either:
Option A — Add In-App Purchases to the app And offer Apple subscriptions.
Option B — Make the app 100% free And remove all premium content / premium account functionality.
Option B is not possible for my company.
Because of your incompetence, I have lost sales and customers, not to mention the time I am wasting trying to fix issues in an application that we purchased.

Your product is not compliant for publication on the Apple Store. So, I’m sorry if this gives a bad impression, but future customers need to know that what they buy will not be accepted by Apple. And the only time I contacted your customer service, they were useless. I explained, they didn’t resolve the problem, and the technician informed me—and I quote—that I finished my day, and he ended the video call. And I didn’t get anything else. So, unprofessional and, above all, disrespectful. That’s why I paid a professional developer on Fiverr. And now it’s not just a problem I have; it’s your application that is poorly coded and doesn’t comply with Apple’s rules. Another piece of information: when I reported a problem, you said, “Okay, we’ll release an update.” It’s been 20 days, and there’s still no update. What are we, as customers, supposed to do? Is your customer service respectful and professional? Are they going to release an update to make your app compliant with Apple? And more importantly, how soon will they release it? I won’t hide the fact that I’m extremely disappointed with your services and your app.

Another important problem.
Google is rejecting the application for the following reason:
Apps with one-time or infrequent use of photos cannot include the READ_MEDIA_IMAGES and READ_MEDIA_VIDEO permissions in their app manifest and must migrate to a system photo picker instead.
If your app’s core functionality requires broad access to this permission, you will need to update your photo and video permissions declaration.
The same applies to internal and external storage.
And the same applies to the scanner (because it requires storage permissions).
Could you please resolve this problem as soon as possible, as we cannot put the application on the Play Store?

1)Does the Extended License allow native push notifications so that each digital card can independently create and manage its own push notification campaigns?
2)Does the OneSignal integration you offer (with an additional fee) allow me to create separate accounts for each digital card and therefore run independent push notification campaigns for each individual card?
