Hi team. Thanks for this great app, it works perfectly for me. However, I have some concerns about certain parts of the application.
1 – Please add “dark mode” as an option in the app settings, it would give a great view.
2 – At Vcard level, please give more options to user like “enable/disable vcard”, “duplicate or clone vcard”.
3 – Finally, regarding the online payment of the subscription, it says “will be available soon”, but it’s been the same for almost six months and there has been no change at this level. The user should be able to pay the subscription online directly in the application.

CFA-Infy-Vcard-23-05-25.zip → 56 MB
infy_vcard.zip → 31 MB
Could you please confirm:
Is the 7 MB ZIP the full source code, or is it just an update/patch?
Were some folders (e.g., /vendor, /storage, /uploads) intentionally removed?
Should we merge this update with one of the older full versions, or is it a standalone package?

Guess everyone who purchased is facing the same problem
Frustrating to the core after purchasing the app a month ago and not able to use it.
After struggling to get the support team to come even look into the issue and indentify the pack they gave was a old pack with bugs.
Now the mobile team is saying the problem is wit the web and I need to contact them

I opened a support ticket and, after several days, I finally had a video call. However, your technician was not able to compile the source code you are selling. So now I’m left with an application I paid for which is completely non-functional.
What do you intend to do about this? Will you provide a refund? How will this be handled? Do I need to open a dispute on CodeCanyon for breach of sale conditions?
Also, I was told I would receive an updated version of the documentation (because, yes, your installation guide is also outdated) — and to this day I’m still waiting.
I find this situation unacceptable and extremely disappointing.

First of all, I don’t see how I was being impolite. If you read my message again, you’ll see there was no insult whatsoever, so your remark “be polite” has no place here.
Secondly, you are selling a source code for an application that cannot even be compiled. This is simply unacceptable. Even your own technician could not compile it, using your freshly unzipped source. This is not professional work.
Before telling a customer to “stay polite” or claiming that “your teams are helping”, you should first make sure the product actually works. Otherwise, it’s better to stay silent. After several weeks of waiting, I finally had a session with a technician — he failed to compile the source code and then just told me it was the end of his working hours before disconnecting. Honestly, do you think that’s professional? I don’t.
He also promised to send me an updated documentation. The result? Nothing at all. He disconnected, and I never received anything. This is pathetic.
The only email I got was to tell me to download the file from Codecanyon. But when you download the ZIP, there are three ZIP files inside. So which one am I supposed to use?
Honestly, this seriously lacks professionalism. Learn to take responsibility, apologize to your customers when you fail to deliver a working source code with up-to-date documentation, and don’t lecture your customers on politeness when they have used no insulting language at all.
I expect a reply full of humility and apologies, and I sincerely hope this situation will not happen again.

You inform me that your team did everything to help me with no extra cost (uh is that a joke??? loool) So I took your source code, I unzipped it, and I wanted to compile it and then I got plenty of errors, your technician tried to do the same thing and same errors on compilation, he tried to make some changes in the source code and always the same errors, at some point, he told me there you go, it works if you need help don’t hesitate to contact us (and there I said to myself this is a joke what is this cardboard technician) because yes, doing a flutter build apk—debug I don’t call that solving a problem because to publish on the stores the app must be compiled either in APK or bundle (for Google). So I told the technician that the app must work in release mode, so he did a flutter build apk—release again and we still had errors, and then he disconnected.
So here it’s not a web deployment problem, the problem is really linked to your source code.
For your information I had the version that was published with the website and this app never had any compilation problem at the time, the only problem is that today it’s not up to date anymore to be published on Google Play.
So I invite you to check your sources when you start saying that it’s not your source code that’s the problem, because YES it’s really your source code that’s the problem. Before saying (we helped you when it wasn’t included in the price) there too I invite you to check your information and especially the client’s answer, because YES the problem is really your source code.
Once again when you are wrong, the only thing that should come out of your mouth is excuses and nothing else and especially solve the problem as soon as possible.

I am a developer, I have a hosting company, I have several applications published on my Play Store — so telling me I don’t have the knowledge is unacceptable. Now, to be able to configure your backend, maybe you should provide up-to-date documentation, and yours was not up to date. Please check with the technician I spoke with. When I told him: in the documentation you provided, to link the code it says [lib/backend/api_requests/api_calls.dart], your technician replied: no, it’s somewhere else, it’s in [api_end_point.dart]. So when I say that the documentation you provided at the time I bought your source code was not up to date, it really was not up to date — there’s nothing more to discuss. When your own technician couldn’t compile the source code, that means there is a real problem with the source code. So if the source code had been correct, your technician should have been able to make it work — but apparently you just don’t care at all.

And now, just so you know: the company InfyOmLabs, which released InfyvCard SaaS, published the source code for their app and I had absolutely no problem modifying and compiling it.
