Is there a way to use custom VAPI workflows and/or squads?

At the moment, custom VAPI workflows or squads aren’t directly supported within the module. However, it’s something we may consider for future updates based on demand.
That said, a new release is coming in the next few days with more control over call handling — including the ability to choose the assistant before making a call.

Hi, we’ve installed FexCall AI on Perfex CRM and are seeing an issue where a “Leave page / Changes you made may not be saved” prompt appears on every navigation action, even when no form has been edited.
This behaviour starts after enabling FexCall and disappears when the module is disabled. It appears globally across Perfex, not only on FexCall pages, and interferes with saving and normal navigation.
We can’t open a support ticket yet as the purchase code is currently showing as not found, so posting here for visibility.

Its been months still no update on call forwarding! Had to move to AgentLabs

4. Any current or planned WhatsApp integration for pre/post‑call messages without meta API?
5. Is Arabic fully supported for AI voice conversations?

Thanks for your questions! Here’s how FexCall AI works currently:
High-volume calls: Yes, FexCall AI is capable of handling both inbound AI calls and outbound campaign calls. However, performance depends on your telephony provider limits (e.g., Vapi & Twilio rate limits).
Telephony providers: The module currently works with Twilio + Vapi.ai / Bland.ai. Using your own SIP trunk/local numbers directly isn’t supported out of the box, number routing must be done via the supported providers.
Call routing / cost: FexCall AI uses whatever routing your telephony setup supports through Twilio/Vapi. If you can configure SIP/browser/app calling at preferred rates through your Twilio account or Vapi provider, it will follow those settings. AI voice usage billing is separate.
WhatsApp integration: There is no WhatsApp calling or messaging integration currently. It’s on the roadmap, and we’ll consider it for future releases based on demand.
Arabic support: Yes, Arabic is supported for AI voice conversations as long as the selected voice provider (Vapi/Bland) supports it.

Call forwarding is still being adjusted on our side. Our team is working on resolving this, and it will be fixed in the upcoming update. Once the new version is released, call forwarding will work as expected.

Retell integration – it’s one of the features in our queue, and we’re planning to add it, though there’s no confirmed timeline yet.
Future plans – we’re committed to keeping the product active and supported. We have no plans to abandon it, and if development ever stops, existing users will still be supported.

1. For inbound and outbound calling, each user acts as one agent. So it works on a 1 agent inbound 1 agent for outbound
For campaigns, you can create individual agents for each campaign separately.
2. yes, FexCall is fully SaaS-supported.

SaaS-style setup: FexCall is compatible with existing SaaS modules for Perfex CRM. However, you will need to configure it properly to make it work seamlessly with your SaaS setup.
Contact limits: There’s no strict limit on how many contacts or records you can upload per campaign, but very large lists may affect performance depending on your server resources.
Perfex CRM inclusion: FexCall is a module for Perfex CRM, so you’ll need to have Perfex CRM installed separately.

This issue usually happens when the Vapi Agent ID or Campaign configuration isn’t set up correctly. Please verify your Vapi settings under FexCall → Settings and ensure the Agent ID is valid.

Which type of subscription is needed for this module India setup, please confirm And Monthly Charges
You’ll just need a Vapi subscription (and optionally Twilio if you’re using it for calls). Pricing depends on your usage, there are no extra monthly charges from our module itself.

We can definitely help you set up FexCall with Perfex CRM and Vapi. However, we’re not fully sure what kind of assistance you need with the Yeastar PBX, could you please clarify that?
