Hello , I have Yeastar P560 PBX , also Perfec CRM, If i purchase your Module Can you guied Me to make the integration between Vapi and Yeastar and Perfex fexcall..??

We can definitely help you set up FexCall with Perfex CRM and Vapi. However, we’re not fully sure what kind of assistance you need with the Yeastar PBX, could you please clarify that?

I see from reading the comments that the AI can be configured to transfer a call to a live person. How would it be transferred and does it stop the minutes being used by AI and Twilio once it is transferred. My thoughts are to make a quick qualifier to have them reply to and either remove them from the list of calls or have them transferred to a live sales rep to discuss further. The AI is expensive per minute.

Hi @d1git,

Once the call is transferred to a real person, the AI session ends, so you’re no longer billed for AI usage. At that point, it’s just a regular call.

I have installed and done all the setup in documentation but when i click the Ai Campaign Menu option on the sidebar menu it isnt opening im getting a 500 error, im not able to run the cron job manually either i have setup the auto running of the cron job, but auto wasnt working so tried to do it manually but got a 500 error there too, please help out

Can it make auto-dialer calls without AI integration?

Currently, the module is designed to work with AI integration (Vapi.ai / Bland.ai) for handling outbound and inbound calls. Auto-dialer functionality without AI is not supported at the moment. However, we’re continuously improving the module, and we’ll consider adding this as a future enhancement based on demand.

does this support calls with websdk ?

I recently purchased your plugin. I noticed that the product name has been changed from LeadPilot to FexCall. May I know where we can check the update log for this change? Also, I tried opening a support ticket but wasn’t able to access it. Could you please advise?

You don’t need to manually configure Twilio webhooks. The integration works automatically through the VAPI configuration. All you need to do is configure the module properly with the necessary Twilio and VAPI details, and everything will be set up automatically.

Does it support Arabic language calls?

Yes it supports Arabic language too.

Would the Extended License work in a SaaS environment?

Hi, after reviewing the module, I see that the current integration with vapi.ai, bland.ai, and Twilio is quite limited in its real scope. Using vapi as an example, this tool already offers a full suite for inbound and outbound calls, but in your module the usage seems restricted to a very basic flow, without fully leveraging its potential to truly automate sales processes between platforms.

Key points:

  • Limited agent context: Using a single prompt for both inbound and outbound calls reduces personalization. Companies with multiple products or services need to adapt the script and context depending on the call type or customer category.
  • Mass outreach vs. registered leads: Many companies that want this type of integration aim to make mass calls to ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles) that are not yet in the system. If an appointment is scheduled, then it can be registered as a lead, but the current flow doesn’t handle this efficiently.
  • Current module reach: As it stands, it only covers a few use cases and doesn’t scale well for mass sales campaigns. This limits its real value for most potential users.

Recommendation to enhance the module:

  1. Expand prospect management: Clone the “Leads” module and allow bulk upload of ICP lists. Let the AI filter the most promising ones and automatically register them as leads.
  2. Categories and personalized agents: Allow creating ICP categories and assign personalized AI agent configurations for each, with separate inbound and outbound prompts.
  3. Reports and metrics: Add call, conversion, and segmentation reports to provide tangible value.
  4. Build the business model inside Perfex: Integrate into the platform what these external tools already do, but in an automated and centralized way. That would be a real differentiator.

Note on pricing:

Perfex CRM is mainly aimed at small businesses. Pricing a module higher than the system itself — and requiring external subscriptions — can create an unnecessary entry barrier, especially if the value isn’t clear upfront. This reduces your long-term customer base potential.

In short, you have a great opportunity here to build a truly useful and scalable module. You just need to unlock the functionality and not limit it to a basic state flow.

Manual Calling by Staff: The current version is focused on AI-driven inbound and outbound calls. Manual staff-initiated calls are not yet built-in, but this feature can be added through custom development, with full call logging per lead.

Power Dialer Support: Power dialing isn’t included by default, but we can offer it as a custom feature if needed.

Call Monitoring / Supervision: Live call monitoring is not supported at the moment. However, all AI-managed call logs and summaries are stored and linked to each lead for review.

Campaign Management: Good news, AI campaign management is already in development and will be included in an upcoming release. This will allow you to schedule and automate outbound AI calls to leads in bulk, with custom prompts and trigger settings.

Can you please add automatic email notification to staff members? So they do not have to login, so they get all call logs and details instantly after the call conversion is over, so this way they can stay updated.

That’s definitely a good idea. However, instead of sending email notifications, which might quickly fill up inboxes, we’re considering triggering instant notifications via the bell icon (top-right corner) within the dashboard. This way, staff can stay informed without being overwhelmed by emails.

Also, we’re excited to share that a powerful new feature is on the way: Outbound Call Campaigns. You’ll be able to create campaigns for any product, service, or purpose, upload your contact list, and the system will automatically start calling those contacts. All call data will be recorded in the CRM, and each campaign can have its own assistant prompts, settings, and even a dedicated knowledge base.

it’s amazing! Can’t wait for this features! Email daily or Weekly would be helpful to see overall performance, because many admins do not login to Perfex daily, and they don’t feel the value of the module unless they get reports to their email.

We weren’t entirely sure what you meant in your question, but just to clarify.

Yes, the module includes an AI inbound call assistant to handle incoming calls to a configured number, and an outbound call assistant that can make calls from a given number. These are voice-based, there’s no chat interface with the AI.

Also, the interface is designed strictly for admins. Customers cannot log in or access any part of the panel, and they do not have access to call logs.

I got the lsit of 100 leads, how can I uplaod them to perfex and start the campaign to make a call to them on the right time (they are in North America), is it possible to launch call campaigns and then send them sms after it, it would help me to get more leads to my platform. Outbound cold calling with follow up sms option.

Any timeline for this update? I really would like to purchase the product but I need it for Bland.

Ah sorry for the confusion, the temperature and voice selection settings are fully functional however, Bland and vapi has recently updated their KB apis and we are working on the new update to fix the compatibility and expected to be released in next one to two weeks.

Having said that, you can still make KB functional by directly attaching the docs in the Vapi or Bland dashboard to the assistants.

The current version on CodeCanyon is the stable version of the module. The version we have for demo is slightly different as we disable the settings to avoid server breakdowns and that caused the bug.
