Hi WWD,

I wanted to follow up on the email I sent you on, 2/26. I sent you my log in details via your CodeCanyon profile and send you an email from a....1@gmail.com

Thank you, Winners!

hi i want to know how the plugin handle multiple vendors products in one order and how he handle the shipping accoring to each vendor. example if i add a product from vendor 1, a product from vendor 2 and a product from vendor 3, every vendor have a different shipping agent and different rates. thanks

Thank you for reaching out,

Yes, that’s how it works by default: each vendor can set up their own shipping – a single order can contain multiple vendors, each with their own products and rates.

To make this work, MarketKing will receive a single order and then split it into “sub-orders” (portions of the order), and send each vendor only their own sub-order to fulfil. This way each vendor can ship their own sub-order separately, one can be faster, another can be slower, etc.

To read more about all this, please see our article here: https://woocommerce-multivendor.com/docs/how-marketking-splits-orders-composite-orders-sub-orders/

Is this plugin support Shiprocket, dhl plugin for shipping calculator and pickup option for vendors

I like this plugin but I have small doubt about this? If it works I want to purchase it

Hi there, thank you for reaching out,

The Shiprocket plugin is not currently supported,

In terms of DHL, is there a specific plugin you are looking at for integration? if so, could you share a link please?

Appreciate the feedback! I have made a note of this and we will look at future support. That said, please note there is currently no specific integration with these.

Hi WWD!

I hope you and your team are doing fine!

I’m using MarketKing on my new site, https://AiDigitalProducts.com that I’m currently building and whenever I add the code from the link you gave me a few months back here: https://pastecode.io/s/bcyuaie9 it does not show the one vendor (me) on the home page where I have the short-code, [display_vendors].

Can you have a look at my site or do you have any other methods/code I can try so I can have like a carousel of Vendors showing on my homepage?

I’m sending you my login credentials on your Themeforest contact page.

Thank you, Winners!

Good day WWD,

Hope all is going well with you and your team. I replied to your last email a few days ago. Can you kindly take a look when you have a chance to?

Many thanks, Winners!

Hi, we already replied to that, please check your inbox/spam.

Ahhh.. yes! it was hiding in my spam. Will reach out to Motta theme.

Thanks again!

Hi WWD!

I hope all is well with you and your team.

I hope you can help me with this question.. I’m wondering if this theme is compatible with MarketKing?

https://themeforest.net/item/listeo-directory-listings-wordpress-theme/23239259

I’ve reached out to the dev and haven’t heard back from them yet. I was hoping that because the theme allows for Woocommerce, that MK would work just fine?

Please advise.

Thank you, Winners!

Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out! I don’t have direct experience with that specific theme, but in principle if it works with WooCommerce it should be fine with MarketKing as well.

However, please note that if this theme has custom listings functionality (e.g. custom UIs or mechanisms for users to create listings), those features likely won’t be available to vendors if they’re not standard WooCommerce pages or panels.

MarketKing integrates with WooCommerce’s standard product creation and management, so any custom listing creation tools outside of that might not work directly with vendor accounts.

Hey WWD!

Got it.. sounds like a plan! Thank you for this explanation and for replying!

Have a great day!

Winners!

Hello, I’m interested in purchasing MarketKing directly from your website instead of CodeCanyon, and I’d like to clarify a few things before I proceed:

1. Does the MarketKing plugin include both B2B and B2C functionality together, or do I need to buy the B2BKing plugin separately for full wholesale features?

2. If B2BKing is required, can you please explain how the integration between MarketKing and B2BKing works? For example, can I have both wholesale (B2B) and retail (B2C) customers buying from multiple vendors on the same site?

3. The pricing on your site shows:

1 website = $149

3 websites = $249

Unlimited websites = $399 Does this price include all B2B + B2C features and modules, or are some sold as add-ons?

4. Are all 137+ features and 25+ modules included in the purchase, or are certain advanced features or integrations paid separately?

5. Do your add-ons (such as commissions, teams, withdrawals, shipping, etc.) require extra payment, or are they bundled with the full package?

6. Is the license once-off (lifetime) like on CodeCanyon, or do I need to renew yearly for continued updates and support?

7. If renewal is required, what happens if I don’t renew — will the plugin still work fully without updates?

8. Is the plugin compatible with any WooCommerce theme, or do you recommend specific themes for best performance?

9. Can MarketKing handle large-scale vendor operations (e.g., 100+ vendors, 10k+ products, and high traffic) efficiently?

10. Do you offer discounts or bundle pricing if I purchase both MarketKing and B2BKing together?

Hi there,

MarketKing is our multivendor marketplace plugin, while B2BKing handles B2B/B2C functionality. They’re separate plugins but integrate seamlessly when used together. MarketKing itself doesn’t have B2B/B2C features built-in – that’s specifically what B2BKing provides.

You can read about how they work together here: https://woocommerce-multivendor.com/docs/wholesale-b2b-b2bking-integration/

When you use both plugins, you can absolutely have wholesale (B2B) and retail (B2C) customers purchasing from multiple vendors on the same site – they complement each other.

For MarketKing, everything is included in the purchase – all features and modules come with it, no add-ons needed.

B2BKing works differently – it has various add-ons. You can check the B2BKing pricing page on our site where below each plan it shows which add-ons are included. The $399 plan includes all add-ons and features.

We offer both annual and lifetime licenses on our site. If you don’t renew an annual license, the plugin continues working – you just won’t receive updates or support.

MarketKing works with any WooCommerce theme, no specific recommendations needed. And yes, it can handle large-scale operations with 100+ vendors, 10k+ products and high traffic.

We don’t currently offer any bundle discounts but feel free to reach out via email or ticket and we will let you know when an offer comes up.

Let me know if you have any other questions,

Hello, I have a few important questions before purchasing your plugin.

1️⃣ Does B2BKing include both B2B and B2C functionalities together in one plugin, or do I need to buy another plugin to get full B2C features? 2️⃣ Are the prices listed on your website ($149 for 1 site, $249 for 3 sites, $399 for unlimited sites) for B2B only, or do they include both B2B and B2C (hybrid) functionality together? 3️⃣ When using the hybrid mode (B2B + B2C), how are the two customer types separated? For example, can B2B users see wholesale prices, bulk order forms, quotes, and tax exemptions while B2C users see normal retail pricing? 4️⃣ Can the same products be shared by both B2B and B2C users but with different pricing and stock rules? 5️⃣ How does the registration process work — can I create separate forms for B2B and B2C customers, and can I manually approve B2B accounts before access? 6️⃣ Can a user be switched between B2B and B2C manually by the admin?

7️⃣ What is the difference between B2BKing and MarketKing? Do I need both for a full B2B + B2C marketplace, or does MarketKing already include B2BKing features? 8️⃣ If I purchase both plugins, do they integrate automatically, or do I need an extra add-on?

9️⃣ Regarding licensing — are your website prices annual renewals or once-off lifetime payments? If I purchase from Codecanyon.net, is it a once-off payment with lifetime updates and license, or does it require yearly renewal like your main site? 11️⃣ If I buy from Codecanyon, can I later upgrade to a higher plan on your official site (like unlimited websites) by paying the difference? 12️⃣ Does one license cover both a staging (test) and live (production) website?

13️⃣ How do the add-ons work? Are they included in the license or sold separately? 14️⃣ Which add-ons are essential to run a complete B2B + B2C setup (e.g., company credit, invoice system, tax exemption)? 15️⃣ Do add-ons work for both B2B and B2C users, or only for B2B features? 16️⃣ If I buy from Codecanyon, do I get any add-ons included, or must they all be purchased separately from your website? 17️⃣ Does the unlimited websites license include add-ons for all sites, or are add-ons licensed individually?

18️⃣ Is the plugin compatible with the latest WooCommerce and WordPress versions, and does it support multisite? 19️⃣ Does it integrate properly with PayFast, PayPal, Stripe, and shipping extensions? 20️⃣ Is it compatible with Elementor, WPBakery, and other major page builders?

21️⃣ Can I use the plugin to create a B2B + B2C marketplace where vendors can sell products with different pricing for each customer type? 22️⃣ Can I set different vendor commission rates and withdrawal options (PayPal, bank transfer, etc.)? 23️⃣ Can I manually approve vendors before they start selling?

24️⃣ Is the plugin optimized for large stores (10,000+ products)? 25️⃣ What optimization or caching settings do you recommend? 26️⃣ How often do you release new features and major updates? 27️⃣ Do you offer premium or priority support (email or WhatsApp) for paying users?

28️⃣ Do you have a live demo showing the hybrid (B2B + B2C) setup with admin access? 29️⃣ Can the plugin be white-labeled for client projects? 30️⃣ Do you offer any custom integration or development services?

31️⃣ Finally, please confirm exactly which features are included in the base license, which require add-ons, and whether B2B and B2C functionality are both included in all pricing tiers.

Thank you — I’d appreciate your detailed clarification to help me choose the best option for my business.

Hi there,

Thanks for your interest in our plugins!

B2BKing includes both B2B Shop + B2B & B2C hybrid functionalities in one. The prices on our website ($149/$249/$399) include the complete hybrid functionality – you don’t need separate plugins for B2C features. In hybrid mode, B2B and B2C customers are automatically separated based on their user group, with B2B users seeing wholesale prices, bulk forms, quotes and tax exemptions while B2C users see regular retail pricing. Products can be shared between both customer types with different pricing rules, and you can create separate registration forms with manual approval for B2B accounts. Admin can switch users between B2B and B2C anytime.

MarketKing is our multi-vendor marketplace plugin, while B2BKing handles B2B/B2C functionality. They’re separate plugins that integrate seamlessly if you need both a marketplace and B2B features. Our website offers both lifetime and annual plans – on each pricing page you can click on the ‘Annual/Lifetime’ button to switch between the two. CodeCanyon offers a one-time payment but with only 6 months of updates. You can upgrade from CodeCanyon to our site by paying the difference. One license covers both staging and production sites: you can create staging sites on subdomains such as staging.site.com or dev.site.com

Add-ons are sold separately for company credit, Dokan, and WCFM functionality. The core B2B+B2C features work without add-ons. Add-ons purchased from our site work across all sites covered by your license tier.

The plugin is fully compatible with latest WordPress/WooCommerce versions, supports multisite, and integrates with PayFast, PayPal, Stripe, Elementor, WPBakery and other major plugins. It’s optimized for large catalogs and we release regular updates. Support is included with all licenses through our ticket system.

For a marketplace with B2B+B2C functionality, you’d need both MarketKing and B2BKing working together. This allows vendors to sell with different pricing per customer type, custom commission rates, vendor approval workflows, etc.

To explore our demos, go to our kingsplugins.com site, click on each product page, and click on ‘Live Demo’.

Kind regards, Thomas

Hi, I have built my entire store using Elementor, including custom product templates, loops, and archive pages. I also designed the vendor store page with Elementor and added both the vendor cards widget and a custom product loop (product item) to apply my own design.

The issue is that on the vendor store pages, the product design doesn’t apply correctly. Instead of using my custom loop design, it shows the default WooCommerce layout.

- I would really like the vendor’s products to display using the custom design I created with the loop item. Could you please help me fix this issue?

- I’m having trouble filtering products by vendor inside the Elementor Loop using Query settings. Is there any custom code or function

My loop grid : https://prnt.sc/kjZTiQ3n84hA (✅) Defaul design : https://prnt.sc/GuR8dJuL4oyM (x) dont like

- Also, I have a quick question: how can I reorder or customize the vendor’s sidebar menu? I’d like to organize it in a specific way to improve the user experience.

Thank you very much for your help! Best regards.

Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out,

MarketKing uses the WooCommerce [products] shortcode to display products on vendor pages. What you’re seeing as the “default design” is actually the WooCommerce shortcode template display.

To achieve this, you’ll need to hook into the display of that shortcode to apply your custom styling.

For filtering products by vendor in your Elementor loops, MarketKing sets the “author” property for products to determine the vendor. We would get a vendor’s products like this:
$vendor_products = wc_get_products( array(
    'numberposts' => -1,
'post_status' => array( 'draft', 'pending', 'private', 'publish' ),
    'author' => $user_id,
    'orderby' => 'date',
    'order' => 'DESC',
));

For customizing the vendor sidebar menu, you can modify the sidebar.php template under your child theme: https://woocommerce-multivendor.com/docs/how-to-edit-marketking-pages-templates/

If you need further assistance, kindly please open a ticket at https://webwizards.ticksy.com as these are complex and we can better assist you there.

Hello, with a woocommerce-marketking website, which is the best woocommerce multivendor flutter app to build your ecommrrce web-app with? Is it compatible with Fluxstore Multivendor app developed by InspireUI…Cirilla… What’re your recommendations

Thank you.

I think a delivery system is needed as a #1priority, whereby vendor can assign delivery team/boys delivery tasks. This will enable us meet fast delivery promises to customers

Thank you very much for the feedback

Hello, Could you please help me with something?

I would like to customize the product upload page in the vendor panel — specifically when a user adds a new product.

I’m currently working on my website to sell digital files, and I’d really like to show a much simpler form, with only the following fields:

Name

Image

Price

Upload file for download

I don’t want to use the default WooCommerce form. Instead, I’d like to completely replace the current form on this page: https://mywebsite.com/vendor-dashboard/edit-product/add/ THANKS

Hi there,

It’s possible to create a simplified product upload form like you’re describing, and some other customers have successfully implemented similar customizations.

To achieve this, you would need to configure a custom edit-product.php template under your child theme, as described in our guide here:

https://woocommerce-multivendor.com/docs/how-to-edit-marketking-pages-templates/

In that template, you can create a custom form with your own design and only include the specific fields you need (Name, Image, Price, and Upload file for download).

You might also want to look at using Advanced Custom Fields (ACF): https://woocommerce-multivendor.com/docs/adding-editable-product-fields-with-acf-in-marketking/ – this may help you achieve what you’re looking for more quickly.

However, please note this is quite a complex customization that involves replacing the default WooCommerce product form entirely. You may need to work with a developer to implement this properly, as it requires custom PHP and form handling.

Hello again,

Thanks, it worked correctly with ACF.

Now, could you help me with something else? How can I set an ACF file upload field to only accept .mp3 files? If I leave the field blank, it allows me to upload any type of file, and that’s not the right way to do it.

I’ve attached a screenshot of my ACF field configuration only mp3 files for you to see: https://prnt.sc/G8QwioZR0vps

I also need to know how to allow only .zip files in another field, as shown in this capture: https://prnt.sc/c5renLX3SXdz

Thank you very much.

Hi there,

Good to hear that worked,

Are you saying that you have set it to only accept mp3 in the ACF field settings but that’s not working as expected?

This may have to do with specific ACF scripts that need to be properly enqueued. Unfortunately I don’t have detailed information on ACF file type restrictions, so it may help to reach out to the ACF team directly as they would know best about their field configurations and any potential conflicts.

MarketKing Pro doesn’t allow Publishing or updating any page / post in wordpress (Tried with multiple themes : Xstore, Flatsome, Helo with elementor (Elementor not even loads) If only MarketKing Cire is active and MarketKing Pro is deactivated, things work fine Can you please check and confirm (server running on php 8.4, wordpress 6.8.2, Marketking Pro: 2.0.70) I also have your SalesKing Plugin 1.7.70, that is working fine

Disabling MarketKing Pro makes MarketKing Core work perfectly.

It restricts to add simple product only but all tabs work properly. i.e. Inventory, shipping, Attributes…. All work properly.

Tried disabling all other plugins, problem persists.

So, problem is with MarketKing Pro only. Please check and resolve the issue ASAP.

Solved the issue partially by 1. create a vendor group 2. Under Allowed Products Type omit “virtual Products” and “downloadable products”

This allows vendor to navigate through all tabs normally and Publish the Product. But after publishing, it is again stuck and only general tab is accessible. So, Inventory or other parameters in relevant tabs can not be edited by the vendor.

And cloning of any product also gives same non-editable tabs

However site admin can edit that from default wordpress panel.

I think this might be helpful to detect and resolve the issue more quickly.

Hi there,

I looked into that now. I cannot reproduce this specific issue in our test environment. A few things to check:

1. Please check your browser’s console for any JavaScript errors when clicking the tabs – this could give us important clues about what’s happening.

2. There might be a potential conflict happening. Even though you mentioned trying with plugins disabled, sometimes certain theme functions or other remnants can still cause issues. I suggest trying with the Storefront theme and only MarketKing+WooCommerce active.

To properly investigate this, please open a support ticket at https://webwizards.ticksy.com so we can look into this. If you can share a site access there, that would also help us get it resolved quicker.

Hi there,

We’ve decided to purchase and use your plugin on our website.

However, we now have a new requirement and would like to know if your plugin can support it or if any customization would be necessary.

Scenario: We’re looking to introduce a three-tier commission model:

A vendor (existing user) refers or invites another seller to list products.

The invited seller manages and sells their products.

Upon a successful sale, both the vendor (who referred the sale) and the admin should receive a commission.

Essentially, this involves a referral-based or sponsor-based vendor hierarchy, where commissions need to be distributed between:

- The admin

- The referring vendor

- The actual seller

Could you please let us know:

If your plugin currently support such a multi-tier commission or referral-based model?

If not, is there a recommended approach or add-on you suggest to achieve this?

Looking forward to your guidance.

Hi there,

Thanks for getting in touch!

Unfortunately, this specific functionality is not currently available in our plugin – this type of multi-tier referral system you’re describing would require custom development.

While we can’t implement this ourselves as we focus exclusively on our core plugin development, we can point you in the right direction technically. This would likely involve: - Creating custom user meta to track vendor referral relationships - Adding hooks to the order completion process to handle the commission distribution

You would need to work with a developer or agency to implement this custom functionality. We are happy to assist and advise on what needs to be done technically.

Hi WWD,

I hope you and your team are doing well. I wanted to ask what i’m sure is a simple question, but I can’t figure it out.

I’m creating a Membership system with MK and I’m using Sumo Subscriptions plugin.

1. Where can I find the link to add to the “pricing table buttons”?

https://prnt.sc/ZmR5-GSYsrJk

and once i have the link, what’s the rest of the flow from there? I know the user will now have the link to pay for “Startup Vendors” package.. once they complete the purchase through Stripe, I’m assuming I will give Stripe the redirect link to my websites dashboard for the new user to have access to their level of Vendorship?

Is there any documentation or video on how to connect the payment systems from the “Choose Plan” payment button to the user being redirected from Stripe to my website dashboard?

Thank you, Winners!

Hi there,

To configure that, please see the docs here https://woocommerce-multivendor.com/docs/vendor-membership-packages/ and specifically the section “First Time Configuration” which walks you through the main steps.

To answer your question more directly, basically you need to create a new subscription product (products -> add new) and then set that product when editing the marketking membership.

When vendors click on ‘select option’ for a membership, they are basically adding that product you created to cart and will checkout / purchase that.

There’s no specific link – the way it works is that you must configure a woocommerce product and set it for the membership, then vendors go through the regular woocommerce checkout to purchase the subscription.

Hi WebWizardsDev,

I wanted to ask if MK is fully compatible with this Themeforest theme here: https://themeforest.net/item/tijarah-digital-marketplace-woocommerce-theme/25768255

The theme developer says as long as the plugin (MK) was compatible with Woocommerce, then it should work, but that I should reach out to you to be sure.

Thank you, Winners!

Hi there,

Yes, any WooCommerce theme should work with MK so that theme should be fine as well!

Awesome… thank you WWD!!

All the best! Winners!

I hope you’re well.

We are currently integrating Stripe Connect for vendor payments using the MarketKing plugin and need urgent clarification regarding the support for Apple Pay and Google Pay as available payment methods.

Specifically:

Does MarketKing (Stripe Connect) currently support Apple Pay and Google Pay for vendor transactions?

If yes, could you please provide documentation or instructions on how to enable and configure these payment methods properly?

If not, what would be the recommended approach to add support for Apple Pay and Google Pay? Would this require overriding parts of the integration or switching to Stripe Checkout/Payment Element?

This feature is critical and time-sensitive for our project, so your guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Looking forward to your prompt response.

Hi there,

Thanks for getting in touch!

Currently our Stripe Connect integration only supports credit/debit card payments. While Apple Pay and Google Pay are great payment options we’d like to support in the future, we have not yet implemented support for these methods in MarketKing.

Adding support for Apple Pay and Google Pay would require significant modifications to the plugin’s code, which is not something we have explored yet.

For any technical support questions going forward, I recommend using our dedicated support platform at https://webwizards.ticksy.com where our team can assist you more efficiently.

Hi. Superb admin panel, nice! I want to buy it. But I have a question: Does MarketKing support single seller mode? This mode will enable the customer to only buy from one vendor at a time. Dokan has it, but I couldn’t find it when I looked at the demo.

No unfortunately this is too cumbersome and will cause frustration to the customer. The customer should immediately receive a message when adding the product(s) that he can not add it or else a new cart is created. I really want to buy this plugin but because of this point I can not. This is a very important feature, why not integrate it into your plugin? I don’t want to use Dokan either because it has a very ugly admin and vendor backend.

Hi again. This snippet is easily customisable. You can ask ChatGPT for example to make it so that, if another vendor is already in cart, the add to cart button is hidden and replaced with a text like ‘you cannot add this item to cart’. It should be a simple change.

I bought it on your website. Thanks!

Pos software available in this script

In this script b2b and b2c support

Hi there,

Currently, POS is only accessible to site administrators via integration with the YITH POS plugin. While there isn’t an integration that allows vendors to access POS functionality directly, we’re actively considering adding this capability in future updates.

B2B support exists as part of the integration with B2BKing: https://woocommerce-multivendor.com/docs/wholesale-b2b-b2bking-integration/

this plugin support WCFM

Hi there,

Thanks for getting in touch! Unfortunately, MarketKing cannot be used together with WCFM as they are competing marketplace solutions for WordPress. Both plugins aim to provide marketplace functionality and using them simultaneously would create conflicts and functionality overlap.

If you’re currently using WCFM, you would need to fully remove it before using MarketKing.

Do you have pos option

Hi there,

Currently, POS is only accessible to site administrators via integration with the YITH POS plugin. While there isn’t an integration that allows vendors to access POS functionality directly, we’re actively considering adding this capability in future updates.

Hi, great plugin – but for this price i would at least expect ajax loading for the vendor-dashboard. ATM its very slow and requests are heavy. Best
