At the moment, our POS section is getting linked with another store’s POS section, which is causing customer information, order lists, and cart data to mix between stores. As a result, incorrect information is appearing in front of customers, and the billing system is facing serious confusion.
Main Issues:
Products or orders that should only appear in our store’s POS are being shared with another store.
Customer & Cart Data is shifting from one store to another.
When two stores bill customers at the same time, the data is conflicting.
This is a critical issue for our business and requires an immediate solution.

Feedback on the New AI Product Description Feature
Hello Team,
I’ve been testing the new AI product description feature, and I really appreciate the progress. It’s a strong step toward automating content creation for sellers using this script. The feature has great potential, but I’d like to share some important feedback that could make it even more useful.
The Current Challenge
Right now, the generated content feels a bit too generic and does not fully adapt to each store’s brand voice or tone. Sellers often need:
- consistent writing style
- SEO-friendly descriptions
- a fixed voice or tone for their brand
- content structure that fits their workflow
Having to re-enter instructions every time is repetitive and doesn’t guarantee consistent results.
Suggested Improvement
Please consider restructuring the AI module to allow shop owners to save a default writing profile or style template. This would let the AI automatically follow the same tone and structure for every product.
For example, store owners could define:
- preferred tone (professional, friendly, minimal, descriptive, etc.)
- preferred structure (SEO title, features, meta description, keywords, etc.)
- a reusable preset instruction prompt
- multiple selectable writing profiles
This would help ensure consistent, higher-quality content without repeating instructions.
Technical Recommendation
You could add an “AI Style Configuration” section in the admin panel. Here, sellers can enter their preferred style once. Then, when generating descriptions, the system automatically combines:
User’s product input (name + short description) + Stored writing preset = Consistent, brand-aligned output
From a code perspective, this could be handled by storing the user’s prompt using simple fields in the database and attaching it to the back-end request sent to the AI engine.
Why This Matters
- Improves SEO and conversion rates
- Creates consistent branding across all product pages
- Eliminates repetitive instructions
- Helps serious sellers produce high-quality content faster
- Makes the AI feature more powerful and professional

Sir notifications for new update is a feature from Envato marketplace and we normally don’t send this because lots of buyer complain about this as we are frequently releasing new updates and we have almost has 3500+ buyers. I recently attempted to run my application in an environment that uses 16 KB memory page sizes, but the deployment failed with the following message:

I have a big concern, you have a great feature where every order has a delivery code. why then do you allow vendors to mark items delivered without imputing the delivery code?
This will cause a lot of dispute and fraud. vendors should be required to input order delivery code while trying to mark order as delivered. so the user should provide them with the code
The vendor is not supposed to have access to user delivery code. this will encourage fraud, where vendor can outrightly mark order as delivered without delivering the items.

There is a critical bug in commission settlement for COD/manual payments.
Expected behavior: - Platform applies 15% admin commission on order total. - If the seller received cash (COD), the platform must deduct the 15% commission from the seller’s wallet immediately when the order status becomes Delivered. - If seller wallet is insufficient, the system should record a debt for the seller and prevent withdrawals until the debt is cleared or admin settles it.
Current issue: - Commission is shown in invoice but NOT deducted from seller wallet for COD/offline payments. Sellers can withdraw full amount while the platform has no profit.
Please advise: 1) Is this a known bug? 2) If not fixed, provide steps or a patch to enable automatic deduction (or automatic creation of seller due) on COD delivered orders.

Hello sir, this is not an issue we have both digital and COD orders and the account of this system handles both in a very good way. You can see the total withdrawable, total pending withdraw, total admin commission given etc data very clearly. But yes you are right there is no auto deduction system for vendor directly when a COD order is delivered. Admin needs to handle these in a manual way but the system will show the full calculation. My 6Valley installation calculates admin commission and shows it in the invoice, but the commission is NOT deducted from the seller wallet for manual/COD payments after the order is marked Delivered. For digital/wallet payments, the seller net is correctly applied, but not for COD/offline.
Could you please confirm: 1) Is there a setting to auto-settle COD on “Delivered”? 2) If not, how to enable automatic commission deduction for offline/COD payments without modifying core code?
