Hello,

There is a critical bug in commission settlement for COD/manual payments.

Expected behavior: - Platform applies 15% admin commission on order total. - If the seller received cash (COD), the platform must deduct the 15% commission from the seller’s wallet immediately when the order status becomes Delivered. - If seller wallet is insufficient, the system should record a debt for the seller and prevent withdrawals until the debt is cleared or admin settles it.

Current issue: - Commission is shown in invoice but NOT deducted from seller wallet for COD/offline payments. Sellers can withdraw full amount while the platform has no profit.

Please advise: 1) Is this a known bug? 2) If not fixed, provide steps or a patch to enable automatic deduction (or automatic creation of seller due) on COD delivered orders.

Please add a feature in the next update that allows a commission to be deducted from the seller’s wallet when you pay on delivery, this is very important for our work, currently I have to modify the code to add it myself

My 6Valley installation calculates admin commission and shows it in the invoice, but the commission is NOT deducted from the seller wallet for manual/COD payments after the order is marked Delivered. For digital/wallet payments, the seller net is correctly applied, but not for COD/offline.

Could you please confirm: 1) Is there a setting to auto-settle COD on “Delivered”? 2) If not, how to enable automatic commission deduction for offline/COD payments without modifying core code?

Sir, 1.There is no built-in option to automatically deduct admin commission from the seller wallet when a COD/offline order is marked as Delivered.

2.The system does not provide any setting, plugin, or toggle to enable automatic commission deduction for COD/offline payments without modifying core code.

If a customer orders products from multiple vendors, the delivery process depends on the shipping settings in the admin panel.

Admin-level shipping: All products are delivered together by the admin-assigned deliveryman, and the order is marked as delivered at once.

Vendor-wise shipping: Each vendor delivers their products separately according to their own shipping settings (Order Wise, Product Wise, or Category Wise). Delivery updates will be sent for each vendor’s products individually.

Regarding invoices, when an order contains products from multiple vendors, invoices are generated per vendor. For example:

If 3 products come from 3 different vendors, 3 separate invoices will be created.

If a customer orders 2 products from each of those 3 vendors, there will still be 3 invoices, each showing the products for that vendor. Thank you

But the money is not remitted to the system.

Then the vendor will apply to withdraw his money later? The admin will have to pay? I’m confused on how to balance this settlement.

Hello, I hope you’re well. I had a question, does it possible to set commission based on category? Because expensive item must have low commission percentage in regards to cheap item. If you put 10% for both of them, for 100$ , you take 10$ , but for 1000$ , you take 100$, it too much for the vendor.
