In our demo we are using image with 1016 × 678 dimensions, so you can try using images with that ratio to get good results, and you can adjust and change the aspect ratio to get different result as per your requirement.

I don’t know if I’m the only one, but I built with the latest version, but the normal sounds when you get a question right and wrong are not there, just hearing a click. Secondly, the color of both right and wrong answers is my brand colour, instead of Green for right answer and Red for wrong answers. Lastly, the Life line buttons are not responding when clicked. Please help

The reason you are only hearing the click sound and seeing your brand color for submitting an answer is because you have set the “Don’t show answer correctness” in the Admin Panel.
You can check this by going to Panel > Settings > System Utilities, and then looking at the “Answer Mode” in the General Settings section.
Please change the “Answer Mode” setting to “Show Answer correctness + Show Correct Answer”.
As for the lifelines not working, please ensure you check the lifeline-related settings in the quiz. If you do not have enough coins, the lifelines will not work. If you continue to have issues, please reach out to us on Teams for further assistance.

I propose that in the next update you add the possibility to check who used a user’s referral code. For example, I have a player who has 10 referrals and I think they are accounts made just to get coins to withdraw money. It would be good to be able to check what referral he brought and if that referral really played or was made just for profit. At the same time, it is proposed that multiple accounts cannot be made on the same phone. This would mean that the phone ID should be recorded somehow, and when they try to make another account, they should receive a message saying that using multiple accounts on the same device is prohibited, and that this attempt to make another account was sent to the administrator. And in the admin panel, it should appear which user tried to make another account… at the same time, there should be more methods to check and stop attempts of this kind in which the player makes multiple accounts to withdraw money.

The update script replaces the files entirely. Therefore, if the update includes files you have customized, your modifications will be overwritten and lost.
Any new files or database tables you have created will remain intact.
It is highly recommended that before performing any update, you first create a complete backup of both your admin panel code and the database. This allows you to safely roll back to a working version if any conflicts occur during the update process.

Hi, I like the AI Question Bank feature as it solve the issue of having to create questions one by one.
But it still needs improvements, as some users would like the AI to generate questions based on a strict set of data. An educator for example who would like questions based on particular class or chapter.
Consider adding an option where user can upload a PDF document and the AI will generate questions based on that document. This will allow us to control the questions generated by the AI.

The main challenge is that setting up a cron job requires specific technical knowledge and differs based on each server environment (cPanel, aapanel, etc.).

From the OPERATE , I can see Regenerate Edit Delete.
The edit only edits that specific question and updates but not send to active. Am I missing something?

You can click on the Move Question Button which will be on the left side of the edit button, that is used to move the draft questions to their actual quiz.
You can also click bulk option from the top of the table, to move multiple questions as well.

i tested your demo app and i have a question, because in the games like guess thee word and true or false, after user completed for example 10 question and got the result user get the points and coins but when starting again or playing again after the result even if user got perfect score theres no coins or points is given

after upgrading the panel to 2.3.5, I see empty strings in the admin panel

After updating the admin panel, you need to update the new translations that may have been added, as this is why the labels are showing empty.
To fix this, go to System Languages > Admin, and click the yellow eye icon for the language you wish to update. Do the same for the App translations as well.
You must check this after each update because new labels we add are not automatically migrated to your existing languages.

I have to write again. I’m having trouble with the In-App Purchase section. Many people are experiencing the same issue. I’ve reached out to the Teams team and am waiting for a solution. They say the issue will be investigated, and four days have passed. I’ve had to close the In-App Purchase section. Jaydip provides instant feedback, but getting feedback from the app’s coder, Jay Parmar, is a pain.
I’ve been a WRTEAM user for many years. I’ve purchased Quiz Online, the News App, and E-School. However, the team that works the hardest, cares the least about customers, or even doesn’t care at all, is Elite Quiz. I was going to buy the web version, but if this keeps up, I’ll probably give up.

I investigated the issue and found that the latest version of the `in_app_purchase` package is causing problems—iOS receipts aren’t being verified correctly.
For now, please downgrade the package to:
in_app_purchase: 3.2.1
Then run these steps:
This should fix the issue and let you publish a working app.
Anyone else using Elite Quiz v2.3.6 and facing iOS in-app purchase issues should apply the same fix as well.

I have the same issue with sound and vibrations in the app with the latest version. The Teams group responsible for the Android app is replying very slowly, and lately they’re not providing any fix for the problem. I don’t know what’s going on, and if you’re that busy, you should consider hiring more people to keep up with the requests. It’s very frustrating to send a message today and get a reply 3–4 days later.

the in-app purchase are not showing for ios. It works fine for Android. And btw I generate the itunes shared secret and added it to the backend but does not work.
