Good evening Abul i replay 3 days ago in friday to get about UID for sms campaing or mms campaing over API is not possible. And second issues to send mms mass over api is not possible aswell, only singel is working.

Regarding the delivery status, as I mentioned earlier, this issue is not caused by Ultimate SMS — it comes from your SMS gateway provider’s DLR response.
About the UID, I’ll be adding that feature in the next update. I’ve also made improvements to the campaign system that will be included in the upcoming release.
For further testing, please share your contact list as a CSV file and specify which numbers were not delivered. This will help me verify and fix any potential issues. Generally, most customers don’t experience campaign problems — the few that do usually encounter them due to server configuration or gateway-related issues.

Hi Abul you didnt read correct my email. The sender id for mms is not in use and cannot be in our case. But in this case is use only number as a sender id to possible send send mms mass or sms over mmsi api system is. So yu get succsfull status but none of messages was actually send in log history as well over api. So its false status as delivered on video shows. So please check mine replay i just replayed. Again using number not sender id name as in previoulsy video. And in this case that u use sender id name to send mms campaing api must give you denied and not 200 success respond if not use correct gateway that support sender id for mms. or second in that case to use only number. Thank you.

As well you use “singel sms” parameter to send “mass mms” ? Why if you are using mass mms to send not singel mms it should be setup to mass_mms instead “singel sms” ? How user will know that must added to send mass mms parameter sms and not sms becose sms it should be only to send sms not mms. So this is not correct formated used code.

Codeglen hi we still cannot get from api respond to use for mass sms or mms id of campaings that we can stored the statistrics then as well, i reported you thisisseus 3 weeks ago but still no fix provided.
And we are stuck becose of this and we cannot completed the api rest or http integration. Can you please on our .io system corrected this issues fix that we can finaly do the rest of the things with implementation to get “uid” or id for each campaings statistics. Notice some things was in our documentation added additionaly justo tknow that not to be owerided, and this not affect to this issues.
And another bug discovered if you using sending server like mms from used api.. after you send sms over api and u use to take not to send over sender id but phone number the log messsages shows that you send with sender id msg, but thi is inccorect, becose we used to send over mms server and over number not sender id, so log store incorect value. if you have 2 sending server one is for sms over sender id and second for sms/mms over number..

The database screenshots you shared are from your own system, which is not part of Ultimate SMS as originally provided by us. Since multiple internal changes have been made to your custom setup, we are unable to provide support on modified or third-party code that is outside our system and services.
For the past three years, I have advised you to request a refund if the system does not meet your requirements. However, you chose to continue using it. Regarding the current issue, we have already verified that the API is working correctly as per our implementation.

Step 1: Create Meta Developer Account & App
1. Go to [Meta for Developers](https://developers.facebook.com/). 2. Create a new App → choose Business app type. 3. Under Add Product, select WhatsApp. 4. You’ll get a temporary test phone number (you can add your own number later via a verified business).
Step 2: Get Access Credentials
Inside your app:
1. Go to WhatsApp > Getting Started. 2. Copy these details: 3. Create a permanent system user token:
- In Business Settings → System Users → Create → Assign `whatsapp_business_messaging` permissions.
- Generate a permanent access token.
Step 3: Setup Webhook (for message delivery & replies)
1. In your Meta app → WhatsApp > Configuration. 2. Add your Webhook URL (from your Laravel app, e.g. `https://yourdomain.com/webhooks/whatsapp`). 3. Implement verification: 4. Subscribe to events: messages, statuses (DLR), etc.
- Meta sends a `hub.verify_token` challenge → return the same token.
Step 4: Integration with Ultimate SMS
- You’d treat WhatsApp as a new “gateway” like Twilio/Nexmo.
- Login with Admin Portal and Navigate to Sending -> Sending Servers. Search for “WhatsApp By Facebook” and add as a channel type alongside SMS.
- Finally, Update your API Link and Access Token.
Step 5: Go Live
- Add your real phone number (must be approved).
- Verify your Business in Meta Business Manager.
- Use approved Message Templates for business-initiated chats.
- For user-initiated messages, you can reply within 24h free session.

As I’ve mentioned earlier (including in Ticket #3816XXX), Ultimate SMS relies entirely on your SMS gateway’s callback/webhook (DLR) data to update delivery statistics like Delivered, Undelivered, Failed, etc.
If your gateway does not return complete or timely DLR responses, the statistics in Ultimate SMS will appear inaccurate — this is not an issue with the system itself.
By default, the system fetches DLR updates within the last hour.
If your gateway reports later than this window, the system may miss them.
Solution: I can extend the DLR window to 24 hours for better syncing. Just let me know and I will make this change for your system. I this case, your system takes more load.

Yes, I can look into that. GatewayAPI is continuously sending callback data to Ultimate SMS while Ultimate SMS is also sending API requests to GatewayAPI. This might be contributing to the issue you’re experiencing.
Regarding the campaign restarting issue, I’ve noted that it has now happened twice, even though this wasn’t occurring before. I’ll investigate what recent changes could be affecting the sending process and causing these restarts while a campaign is in sending mode.

So its a problem in app not the server. Please check it what couses this so that will not be faced today error the same when campaign will be send. Its not a server problem did you see that we report this in 5 years of using? So dont thell me again is the server becose is the same as before!

I checked your campaign schedule, and it is set for 5:30 PM, not 5:00 PM. This means it will start in about 10 minutes from now.
Regarding the campaign restarting issue — yes, it is possible for this to happen if your server restarts during the sending process. This can occur because three things are happening simultaneously:
1. Ultimate SMS sends the request to GatewayAPI.
2. GatewayAPI sends multiple immediate callbacks back to Ultimate SMS.
3. Ultimate SMS runs a background job to collect any missing DLR (delivery report) data.
If a server restart happens during these steps, the campaign may be stop or restart.

Can you be a bit while online now please i run campaing let se if will all works i minimize also the delivered of messages to se what will happents now.
After 1 batch is going out then is happents restart abul. This was not issues before with any of reports DLR was all works perfect!
Abul on each batch 400+ all goes down. Can you set this reports with a bit more delayed? That will not doing all at the same time? But to be still accured results at the end if this couses the issues. Or what can be done here without removed any reports as i say they work before perfect from day you implemented. And now suddenly become a problem.

Absolutely. As the admin, you can enable or disable specific message types (like MMS, Voice, Viber, and OTP) and even limit users to WhatsApp only, depending on your use case. Currently, Ultimate SMS does not include a built-in landing page for marketing or promotional purposes. However, you can easily integrate it with WordPress or any static site as your homepage and simply link to the Ultimate SMS login or registration page.
That said, a built-in landing page module is under development and will be available in a future release.
2. Is it compulsory to purchase an SMS gateway to use the WhatsApp bulk sender functionality?
Yes, to use Ultimate SMS, you must have at least one supported SMS or messaging gateway provider (such as Twilio, Telnyx, WhatsApp API, etc.). This is required to route both SMS and WhatsApp messages, depending on the channels you want to support.
3. Do you offer reskinning or customization services for the source code?
Yes, I do offer customization services, but it depends on the complexity and requirements. For small or medium-level changes, I can assist. But for larger-scale customizations, I’m currently not available to take on heavy projects due to ongoing development schedules.

To manage costs, you can set your own pricing plans in Ultimate SMS and charge users accordingly to recover or profit from those gateway expenses. Abul can you check becose now that you updated our api and fixed now over api mms messages are not delivered anymore it stays in “quene” when msg come to second platform. But if u use direclty to send mms from second platform is working fine and ms is delivered. Can you please check? Codeglen hi please selected all devices from api side and all random sims “last options in drop down menu with use options and click also random devices or sim number in the system before you click “Generate Link to Test API” then thqt will be option to use all sim from each device. i belive this is the issues and that why api not working for each device but only for 1 number when you send over sms or mms with number MMS server thjat have id 1 id 2 id 3 options to be used.. Now is working only options ID “2”. id 1 or 0 is not working becose link generated was done only for one number once you work with api integrations.
So i belive you must change this generated new api link with older one in your ultimate system then for sending over number.. and server SMS/MMS once is new created to be use all sim or random and all devices, with older one for url link for use api. I belive only this is the isues that was not generated correclty for all devices but only for 1 number to work over api instead all active numbers that is then attached to user as i explain to you in emails with screens. Hi Abul that all works over api you must selected from api inside for “mmsi” inside system as we get replay:
“I tested with API and both devices send it. Make sure you are not setting useRandom option to 1 otherwise it will select only one device.” You setup to use for gateway MMS with id 2 so for 1 or 0 if i add it doesnt send messages over number sms or mms. as api explained how to handel all devices or each number over api to work. i hjope is clear what i thell you. so check in api please and generated api link with options 1 that can be use any number over api that user have inside account.
