1. I can see in super admin there are CRM, HRM and so many other modules, but I can not see those modules in business account, why? 2. In the demo, I can not create any store, in the payment method, second last input field, there is no dropdown comes and it is mandatory field. 3. In restaurant I can see different POS page feature, in pharmacy different, how does software know which one is which business? The reason I am asking this, I find no input field while creating store (I could not create) for business type, as there is no business type input field, software should not know which business is this , but in restaurant business I see there are table selection feature, so please explain.

1. These are seperate module that needs to be installed, if you don’t need then don’t install it.
2. It is disabled in demo. But when you install this on your website it’ll work.
3. For a restaurant/pharmacy or any other business, some of the settings are enabled or disabled. In demo we’ve just hardcoded some settings so that when you open it it shows accordingly.

1. Every time we install a new shop (as it is SaaS), will there be separate database installation in mysql? I mean one code, multiple database for each tenant like this? 1. When you install it initially, a database is created where all the data is stored for all shops.
2. As a SaaS owner, you’ll have to use a domain that will be used by all businesses.
Yes, payment gateway like Paypal, stripe, offline & many other gateway are available.
4. It needs to be purchased separately. All other modules are separate & optional, so you can purchase them based on your business needs.

It works similar to any other platform, on selecting any package, it’ll show the option to choose the payment gateway & then payment is processed using that gateway.

Why don’t you follow the best approach, which is to transfer directly to Stripe, so that the payment is made and returned to the account again, whether it fails or succeeds?

But that’s your job, my friend. I have to put the public and private keys and it works perfectly. I don’t have to go through reading the documentation of the Stripe payment gateway, or deal with the api or anything like that. I bought other products here and they work without any problems.
Sir, it’s something related to your stripe account. You’ve to enable some settings which is from stripe side not UltimatePOS side.
Now I know that I need to enable some options, I know that. I’m just telling you why I need to enable these options. If you followed the best practices for the Stripe payment gateway, it wouldn’t hurt to enable these options. I would put the public and private keys and they would be activated immediately. This is how some of the systems I purchased here are. It’s about the connection between you and the Stripe gateway. It’s about how you program the connection. It’s about how you connect to the API.

Hello, for using the SaaS features, you’ll need an Extended license, it doesn’t matter if you’re using Offline payment or other payments.
How is it – in the accounts payable when I want to add the account type – it all appears on the debit side – how will I add the account on the credit side – for example, the suppliers’ receivables come automatically on the credit side and come automatically – so I strongly advise you to add the debit and credit when adding the account types, it will have a very beneficial effect on the accounts payable – in addition to making a receipt and disbursement voucher through the same module

Please, can you add this payment getways CinetPay.com, it is widely use in Africa, West Africa. It use XOF currency. Many country from west africa can i get paid using paypal, stripe… as our countries are rejected
