1- Its not visible on the woocommerce menu, i had to use the ”/admin.php?page=wc-settings&tab=improved_badges link to access it
2- the category badge is setup and is not updating, after toggling it on, existing badges are not working too (ie they cant be toggled off). Note: i have disabled caching, so its not caching – purchased this plugin to fix this

1. Does your plugin support variable products ie will show the discount for each variation and an overall discount for the parent ie before selecting the variation?

I updated my staging-site first:
testshop.golfball-uhu.de
Deleting old plugin und uploading new one worked…also – Create Activation Key etc.
But that does not work for my live-site: shop.golfball-uhu.de
I can´t activate the plugin…it´s causing an fatal error. Going back to the old plugin I´m getting constantly the message:

To use the plugin, please register you license.
Using the old activation key does not work.
I always used you plugings for my live + testing site…never had a license problem….for Improved Sales Badges + Product Filter.
Product Filter probably will cause the same problems.

I have installed the plugin and activated it I cannot find the menu option. I checked the guide and I can see it should be under woocommerce menu but there is no menu item I can’t access the admin area of the plugin I dont event know if it works.

Hi, 1. No, maybe. 2. Definitely not in this plugin. 3. Yes.
The truth is, there are tags, and those can be used for some of the badges, now I do understand you viewpoint, but it’s more complex than you think, performance, scalability etc. We’ve seen some crazy things set by users, and it’s always as simple the better.

Hi, I’m having issues with the activation key. I purchased the plugin and installed it, got the activation key from the XforWooCommerce help centre, but I keep getting an error that it’s invalid. I have logged two tickets through the help centre which were not responded to, and now when I try to log in I get an error “Provided code doesn’t seem to be coming from Envato.”. Can someone please assist me? We urgently need this plugin for a promotion that starts two days from now, I’ve been trying since early yesterday to no avail.

Does this plugin support conditions like this: If product have tag: sale -> give them badge “ABC”.
If product have tag: sale AND price is higher then 100€ -> give them badge “XYZ”.

Hi, I just updated from 4.4.2 to 5.1.0…created some new badges…all good. But the language is not getting translated from english into german. “improved-sale-badges-de_DE.po” was edited per Poedit…and moved (PO + MO) to folder “wp-content/languages/plugins”.
No translation visible. Did I forget something?

I’ve had for already long time the Improved badges for woocommerce. After the latest update I can’t any more find the option to assign a badge for a product (I can manage badges all though) Tried deactivating, no help. It doesn’t uninstall. I bought a new licens because I thought it might be an improved version, but there the install fails. Need help urgently, please

Huh, I think you’re the only one using them like so. It was a bit complicated to create a badge for each product, so we’ve added more options for the add-on badges and hoped that people will with this have enough to setup any case. For your Shop, I suggest creating badges in the options and then assigning those badges as add-on badges for a certain tag. Then a product with this tag will show a badge. This will make it easier to maintain and to make changes. What do you think about this? I think it’s the better way, because of it we’ve kind of deprecated the product page badges options.
The nature of our business makes it necessary to have the badges like this, we find it very useful. I tried and it works with the tags, it will be much more easier to assign in this way even though it generates a quite a lot of work in the begginning
OK great! I think that the product badge options are just too much, especially for maintenance. It was probably used on small shops and then things got out of hand. This way it’ll be 100 times easier, but yes, a shop that is set using our old methods would need up to an hour to make things work properly. I feel like this is going to level up this plugin with its current possibilities, plus the ones we have planned. Thanks for using!
Still a problem with the badges. Our primary language is English but we have three other languages translated by WPML. Can you please tell me how to assign the badge so that it shows also on the translated versions. The tag is translated and shows also on the translated products but the badge is not shown. And also, how do I get the badges that are assigned on product data disappear? It doesn’t help if I delete the badge presets

Since the last update to vers. 5.1.0 plugin stopped working. It says that I need to register, but my activation code doesn’t work anymore. I am very disappointed.
Problem solved! Had to remove the license and create a new one.
