Hi! Great! But have any way to put badges on posts too or only a products?
Hi, thanks for the interest. At the moment no, but in the next version, which should be out in a day or two I’ll try to add the badge shortcode. This’ll output it anywhere you like, so you can do it with posts too. Thanks.
Hello, is it possible to customize badge on diffrent pages with CSS ?
Your badges have the same CSS class? or a different class on each product that they are display?
I’m using a diffrent plugin right now but each badge has a different CSS and it impossible to manage
Hi, yes you can use CSS to customize anything. Usually WordPress/WooCommerce posts/products have classes (unless your theme broke these), so your product will have a class post-1639 where the 1639 is the product ID. Also, your body tag should show the page you’re on. So, yes you can customize anything anywhere with CSS. Do note that our support doesn’t help with customizations as you can read here https://codecanyon.net/item/improved-sale-badges-for-woocommerce/9678382/support Thanks.
Thanks but my question is if the badges have the same class or ID, for example I’m using a plugin right now and everytime I use a badge on a product, it creates a new class for the badge. Example badge-116 , and on an other product it’s going to be badge-117. So when I make a modification, I have to select all the difffrent class , it’s impossible make a durable modification. So does your plugin use the same class when you create a badge ? example class = badge and not badge-1
Hi, yes the plugin badge is always the same. Except, that before there’s a post-12341 class, which makes it not the same if you want to. Thanks.
When will you get an update for WooCommerce 3.3?
An update for the 3.3.3 will be ready asap, meaning tops 24h. Thanks.
I come back to this plugin page every time there is an update. It’s ridiculous that the timezone issue is still not fixed.
I bought 3 licenses and installed on 3 websites.
One website has WP 4.9.4, WC 3.3.3
Other two websites have WP 4.9.1, WC 3.2.6
When I set Timezone to UTC +7 on Settings -> General
It says Universal time (UTC) is 2018-03-20 03:16:06. Local time is 2018-03-20 10:16:06 under the setting.
So if I set sales end date to 2018-03-21, it should have 14 hours left on the sales badge
But it has 6 hours left.
You can simply replicate this by changing Timezone on your WordPress. This issue has been raised by several people on the comments already.
I have no idea why the author keeps saying he could not replicate this problem. I replicated this issue on 3 installations and all the other time-related plugins such as Estimated Delivery, XL Plugins work with timezone correctly on the exact same installations.
Hi, I recall that it was fixed upon your request, then it broke again on the WooCommerce update. My bet was that at first place it was working as expected, until WC fixed their code. Anyway, added it to the dev queue, and yes I know you don’t understand, as this is your issue, but we’ve got LOADS of issues and development plans, so we’re sticking to those. I can only say, that after the next update, hopefully I won’t read these comments anymore. Thanks for understanding.
I’ve replied to you, if you don’t want me to reply anymore to your request and even not fix it, you can surely continue to write s* here which only makes delays. I’m not going to be the part of it. If you don’t want to be the part of it get an instant refund here https://help.market.envato.com/ and do see how much I care about your personal issues. As for the plugin issues you were already replied. Thanks and if you do have ANY and I mean ANY question use the Official Support link below and an agent will assist you. Here you’ll not be replied anymore as you’ve crossed the line. I do reserve the right not to server people like yourself. Thanks.
Plugin is activated but i cant change any of the settings because the tab under settings appears empty. Need help! Also i cant seem to be able to create a ticket. Are comments the only way to get support?
Hi, some users don’t have access to our premium support. Reasons vary, downrating items, behaving badly in the support area and similar. When this happens you can only use the item comments and get support under this policy https://codecanyon.net/item/improved-sale-badges-for-woocommerce/9678382/support so we’ll just reply your questions and no logins what-so-ever. That being said, you probably just need to press CTRL+F5 to clear you cache. Thanks.
two badges for one product
Hi, at the moment no, but this is really lacking, so we’ll implement this asap. Thanks for your message, if you like the plugin please do rate it, we quite appreciate that.
Sorry I was too quick … It is possible to get two different badges for one product?
Hi I installed this plugin but improved Sale Badge tab under woocommerce settings is empty. How to resolve this?
I did but haven’t gotten any response yet
Hi, this is the support policy in case you’ve missed it https://codecanyon.net/item/improved-variable-product-attributes-for-woocommerce/9981757/support An agent will reply asap, please be a bit patient. Thanks.
Hi, just reporting that latest update is returning a warning on every item in my staging environment shop:
Warning: A non-numeric value encountered in ../../../../wp-content/plugins/improved-sale-badges/woocommerce/loop/sale-flash.php on line 96
Was working perfectly before.
Hi, thanks for reporting the bug. It’s a small thing and it’ll be fixed in the next update. Please do disable notices on your live site, these are mostly developer messages and shouldn’t be read by your customers Thanks!
Hi, this is a support matter and needs to be checked by an agent. Please do follow Official Support link below and open your ticket. An agent will reply asap. Thanks.
hi, is your plugin ready for php 7.1 or 7.2?
Hi, yes of course, but the last update, might have a small notice on PHP 7.x+. That’ll be sorted asap. Thanks.
ok thx you. than it is the php notice what makes me wondering right now.
Hi, basically that’s it. It appears on PHP 7.x+ I’ll just suggest, that you keep your live site notice free, meaning just disable those. Those are messages for the developers, not your customers, they don’t break your website functionality, if they’re hidden, if not, yes they can be troubling. Either way, this’ll be fixed in the next update, which should be released in a couple of days notice. Thanks for reporting and if you like the plugin, please do rate it in your Downloads area here https://codecanyon.net/downloads as we quite appreciate it Thanks!
to clarify, i got this warning:
A non-numeric value encountered in /root/public/wp-content/plugins/improved-sale-badges/woocommerce/single-product/sale-flash.php on line 38
A non-numeric value encountered in /root/public/wp-content/plugins/improved-sale-badges/woocommerce/single-product/sale-flash.php on line 39
i hope we are talking from the same warnings?
Hi, yes of course. It’s not like our plugins are full of those, actually only on the updates some might appear, but are taken care of within a few days, as this’ll be too. Thanks for your care
Hello Im interested in your plugin but I need to know if it is compatible with Jupiter theme -> https://themeforest.net/item/jupiter-multipurpose-responsive-theme/5177775 thanks
Hi, not sure. It works probably as expected, and there’re action for custom installation, so it just has to work. If you have issues upon installation the Official Support link will be of use to you. Just open a ticket and someone will assist you with the installation. Thanks.
since the last update it does not work
Hi, of course it does. I’d say you’re just caching something and now your scripts aren’t refreshed. Either fix that or open a ticket in the support area by visiting the Official Support link below. Thanks!
