Is this system based on a multi-tenant logic? Meaning, is there a separate database for each restaurant while a single backend codebase runs all the databases?
Or is it multi-tenant in another way and works with a different logic? I’m interested in how the database and code structure operates so that I can understand the system before purchasing the project.

I purchased the AutomateFood – Multi Restaurant & POS Management SaaS script and did not find the installation data the files are white. there is no data on how to install it. how to install the script?

I saw your product now, I have some questions: Can I do marketing with your product? Let me explain better:
1) I would like to be able to collect data and send newsletters, or emails with offers and promotions to the customer. (for example, if the customer does not come after 1 week, I send them an email, after 1 month another email.. and so on… )

Currently, the newsletter option allows you to collect customer data, but it doesn’t have the functionality to send emails or newsletters.
As for table management, we do offer a feature for it, though it differs from the system in the reference image you provided.

pre purchase question. I am just wondering is this software capable of a connection to card terminal / payment terminal So check-out amount will send to the terminal ? This option is vital now as restaurant, cafe, grocery store and other small store they do 20- 60 sale in hour which require this integration, they do not want to put manual amount to the terminal every time. These function is vital now for most of countries now.

I read u nèed cpanel since u are uwing cpanel api. So nginx cannot works? Why not and not possible on nginx?
In ur requirement, U need cPanel API? I have aapanel and nginx with subdomain wildcard saas working.

Sorry to disappoint you. But our application is not fully compatible with nginx. If you have a VPS you can install cPanel on your server and then you will be able to use it.

How to add a new language and language data? Why the system doesn’t support RTL and LTR ??

Language features are available in AutomateFood right now. However, this feature is available in the Restaurant Software – Online Food Ordering Website with POS.
RTL and LTR are not available in this product.
