Here is the autoresponder working flow. You have to create an autoresponder from Campaigns > Autoresponders by selecting a campaign. If replying to these emails, the autoresponder will send the configured email.

hello, have you noticed that the sample templates after edited, modified doesn’t allowed to be saved after clicking on the “UPDATE” button? Nothing happens and the template stays unchanged with the initial data.

here we go again. I don’t know what’s the purpose of this comments section if you can’t answer basic question. Why should I go through all that just for you to check from your side if this is a bug or what? Just check from your side if you can edit and save the changes or not.
Hello sir, I requested that you submit a support ticket due to several reasons, like you need to share with us your application or server login credentials to identify the issues you are facing. Many times it’s the issues that occur from the client side, not the application. We check that issue on their application first. If those are fixed, then mark this as resolved.

ok let’s make this easy please. Could you confirm from your side that both admin and non admin can duplicate an existing template, modified text/image then save it? if that’s confirmed then I know it’s from my side. Please do that because I think this is related to the application. I just did a freshh installation but still hhaving the same issue.
Hello sir, We have tested the email template builder on our server. It’s working. You have to use the classic builder to edit the existing one. In addition, you can use pro build for new templates.

This is my (Third) reply email that I have sent to you (Imjol) support. You have not replied nor cared to answer any of my emails. I see that you are not very supporative and you do not apprecaite your customers! If you do not care to fix any issues and provide the properly support regarding your product on Envato (CodeCanyon.net). Then I highly suggest that you remove your product for sale. Knowingly, that it is not a fuctional script that you care to fix nor provide support to despite as the agreement with (Envato Policy) to provide (6) Months of support. I will not be purchasing any other products from you in the future from this bad expericence! Note: Customer’s you have been warned about this product and the lousy lack of support from this author.

I need help with your Maildoll script. There seem to be bugs in the script. Unfortunately, I am having issues with the Maildoll script not sending out emails as external (Outgoing) from the script itself. I have ran various tests from the script and the test email method works as I do get the test emails from the script from my (internal) server side (domain email) only. However, when I try to use a (External) email account as like outlook.com etc… the script does not send out any emails. Including all the email campaigns that I send from the script all (Bounce) as seen from the reports, and mail logs from the script. The script mail (SMTP) seem to be all correct as from the (email) server section and setup (SMTP) section of the script. Both sections all have the same configurations. Again, I do get the test emails from the script as this implies that the mail (SMTP) is configured correctly on the server. Note: I have tried using (SendMail) as the other option as the script suggest if problems occur. However, the (SendMail) option does not work either. I have tried various options as like secure and non secure options for the (SMTP) setup. Including, changing the outgoing port from 465, to non secure port and from SSL, to TLS. Neither, option that I chose fixed the issue to send out (External) email campaigns from the script. Yes, the (Admin) as a (User) does have email credits to send out emails from the script. Secondly, there is another issue that I am having with the script. The campaign email (Scheduling) option does not work. When I schedule a campaign to start the script never send out as scheduled. I do have the (Cron Jobs) setup as described in the script documentation setup. Including, have both (Time Zones) setup as the following from my end. GMT -5:00 (Eastern) Time Zone in (Profile) settings and America/New_York -GMT -5:00 Eastern Time Zone in (Organization) setup. However, both time zones area are inline with my time zone. But the script will not send out any scheduled emails as scheduled for any campaigns. The scheduling of the campaigns always show up as (Pending) only. These are two issues that I have been facing since purchasing the Maildoll script. Which appear to be bugs that is causing non functionality for the Maildoll script. Your help will be highly appreciate to fix these issues ASAP or perhaps give me some guidance to correct them myself if they are not technical bugs itself.

In case you are interested, one Big shortcoming in your product is the lack of pre-made templates.
I would have bought your product if it had a range of pre-made templates that I could work with and tweak.
