Demo not working when login i get “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”
Hi,
Thank you for letting us know.
The demo has now been checked and everything is working properly. Please try logging in again, and let us know if you experience any further issues.
On the AmaSync Prouct Search screen is there anyway to limit the search to a specific brand? Maybe variables that can be passed in the search string?
Hi,
Thank you for your suggestion.
At the moment, there isn’t an option to limit the AmaSync Product Search to a specific brand or pass brand variables directly in the search string.
However, this is a valuable idea, and we have added it to our product roadmap for future consideration.
If you have any additional suggestions or specific use cases, please feel free to share them.
Is this plugin HPOS compatible? If not, when will it be?
Hi,
Thank you for your question.
This plugin does not interact with WooCommerce orders in any way. It only handles product importing and does not read or modify order data.
Because of that, HPOS compatibility is not applicable, and the plugin works normally regardless of whether HPOS is enabled or disabled.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.
Hi. Amazon Associates told me they won’t use API credentials for affiliates. They are switching to the Amazon Creators API. I created Amazon Creators API credentials. I believe AmaSync will not operate with old API credentials. To fix this?
Hi,
Amazon is expected to retire certain older PA-API data structures and replace them with newer formats by 31 January 2026. To prepare for this change, we’ve updated AmaSync accordingly.
These updates ensure continued compatibility and uninterrupted product imports and synchronisation. You can safely proceed with updating the plugin now.

I see here https://webservices.amazon.com/paapi5/documentation/troubleshooting/error-messages.html the number of sales in the last 90 days required has moved from 1 to 10 – The current eligibility criteria to access the Product Advertising API is that the account must have made 10 qualified sales in the trailing 30 days
Is the plugin going to be updated to be compliant with the new Amazon creator API?
It would be nice to get a response to this.
Hi,
Thanks for your message.
At this time, we are not planning to update the plugin to support the Amazon Creator API. However, we are currently working on an update to ensure compatibility with the upcoming changes to the Amazon Product Advertising API.
Amazon is deprecating some older data formats used by the Product Advertising API, and the plugin currently relies on parts of that legacy structure. The upcoming update will address these changes to maintain proper functionality.

Does this plugin support bulk ASIN uploads for users without an API key, or is it limited to manual single-product uploads only?
Hi,
Thanks for your interest in the plugin. Bulk ASIN imports require a valid Amazon PA API key. Without an API key, the plugin supports manual product imports one at a time only.
Does the plugin still work? Everything has been running flawlessly until three days ago when my WP Admin showed the error, “Amazon API Connection Error Your account does not currently meet the eligibility requirements to access the Product Advertising API.” I was making sales/commissions up until November 17 so I don’t know why my account is suddenly ineligible. I’m running v1.26.6.

Hi,
Yes, the plugin is still working normally. You can also verify this through our live demo at any time.
The error you’re seeing indicates an issue with your Amazon Affiliate / Product Advertising API (PA-API) account rather than the plugin. In most cases, this happens when Amazon temporarily restricts API access due to eligibility or performance requirements on the Affiliate account.
I recommend contacting Amazon Associates Support to confirm the reason for the restriction and to restore your API access.
Can this product be used on a website with WP Multisite enabled? Thanks
Hi, the plugin isn’t specifically built or tested for multisite compatibility. It will work on individual subsites like a normal WordPress site. Please note that under the Regular License, the plugin can be used for one end product (one website) — even if Multisite is enabled.
OK. Thanks
Hi – I am excited to find AmaSync. I just installed the free version and imported products into Woocommerce, which worked seamlessly. Two questions:
Question 1 – On the main category page, it displays the first (primary) image of each product properly. However, if you click on the individual product page, the primary image no longer shows – instead there is a generic default image, plus the other images, but not the primary image. Is there a reason for this? Can I get the primary image to show on the product page as well?
Question 2 – Does the free version allow the API to sync the prices daily? Or is that only on the premium version?
Thanks for creating this plugin!
Actually – I see that it imports all of the images but on the individual product page it displays the generic default image as the main image and when you hit the image navigation arrows to see the other images it moves the little line of images below the main image, but does not move the main (large) image – that remains statically the generic default image.
Hi,
Thank you for trying AmaSync and for sharing your feedback!
Regarding your first question – the free version has not been tested for quite some time, so it’s not clear what might be causing the issue you’re seeing. It would be very helpful if you could send a few screenshots to support@themedyno.com so we can take a deeper look. In some cases, this behaviour can be caused by interference from other plugins or the theme you are using. You might also want to try importing products while saving the images locally instead of using remote Amazon images. You’ll find this option under the Import Settings tab.
For your second question – the automatic price sync feature is only available in the premium version.
Thanks again for your interest in AmaSync, and we look forward to helping you get this sorted!
Thank you for your reply. I just upgraded to Premium. I will email support with screenshots.
Another question: I have imported 120 products and I am getting this throttle error below, which I understand is probably because I currently have low sales. I changed the sync to only pull in the updated price daily (instead of descriptions, titles, etc). Other than bringing in more sales (the true cure) do you have any other suggestions to fix the throttle? Thanks!
Amazon API Connection Error The request was denied due to request throttling. Please verify the number of requests made per second to the Amazon Product Advertising API. Note: The above message is generated by Amazon. This error typically occurs due to low sales activity or temporary restrictions imposed by Amazon’s Product Advertising API for exceeding the request limit.
Thanks for upgrading to Premium! We’ve received your request and will review the issues shortly. You’ll receive a reply to your email soon.
Hi, I tested the free version and I’m very happy with it so far. However, I have one issue: In my German WooCommerce store, the attribute for the brand is called “Marke” (with the slug “brand”). When importing products, the correct attribute values are imported, but they are not assigned to the existing attribute in my store. Is there a solution for this? This will determine whether I purchase the Pro version.
Hi there,
Thank you for trying out our plugin and for your kind words! We really appreciate your feedback. To better understand the issue with the “Marke” (brand) attribute and provide a proper solution, could you please share more details along with some screenshots? You can send them directly to support@themedyno.com
We’ll be happy to take a closer look.
After imported products, only the featured product image showing up. The gallery image is not showing.
Please advise.
Thank you!
Hi,
Could you please check if the Product Gallery Images option is enabled under the Import Settings? If it’s already enabled but you’re still facing the issue, please reply to the email I just sent with some screenshots and additional details so I can investigate further.
i see this error when importing. doesnt seem to stop anything – [25-Aug-2025 08:14:46 UTC] PHP Warning: Undefined variable $post_title in /home/silkyfl1/public_html/wp-content/plugins/affiliate-products-importer-pro/app/endpoints/v1/class-products.php on line 415 [25-Aug-2025 08:14:46 UTC] PHP Warning: Undefined variable $post_title in /home/silkyfl1/public_html/wp-content/plugins/affiliate-products-importer-pro/app/endpoints/v1/class-products.php on line 415
Hi,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I’m happy to let you know that we’ve released a new version of the plugin which resolves this issue.
Product Attributes – when I import they import as text rather than a link. So if the color is Blue, I would expect to show a link to the page with products that are Blue. I have set up in Products/Attributes. Am I expecting the wrong thing? thanks
Ignore, I am going to use Product Tags instead – those come with links.
Hi, I manually add amazon affiliate products to woocommerce as external products with product URL with a customized shortlink (as it supports deep linking), I have ASIN in SKU field, i just want amasync to regularly update prices and if product is not available, move to trash. Can you pls help me?
Hi, thank you for your interest in the plugin.
Currently, the AmaSync plugin only supports automatic updates for products that were imported using the plugin itself. Unfortunately, product synchronization does not work for items added manually or via other methods, even if the ASIN is set as the SKU.
I have noticed that several of the parts I have imported recently have no prices – perhaps an option to not imports? https://www.silkyflowerstore.com/product/artificial-flowers-10pcs-10cm-big-head-silk-rose-flower-decorative-color-f02/

Hola, I have added about 1600 parts to my website recently and they all appear to have gone to Orphaned Content area. The parts appear to be eg in the correct product category – please advise why they may be appearing there – example https://www.silkyflowerstore.com/product/home-dynamix-royalty-vega-contemporary-geometric-area-rug-black-beige-78x104/
fixed, my error
I have in the past suggested changing the content for avoiding duplication and other SEO etc reasons using AI.. Trying myself I find Google is very good at picking up AI. How about at time of importing, an option to change X number of synonyms? I have been using AI to do that change after importation and am avoiding any large amounts of AI showing up and avoiding plagiarism. What do you think? I am certainly getting a lot more parts indexed than I was.
Hola, I am noticing a number of products say Last Synced say 4 months ago. Example part is https://www.silkyflowerstore.com/product/flower-building-kit-take-me/ – if you click on the link it takes you to a page not found Sorry We Couldnt find that page. – Ideally should the sync put that kind of part into Trash? Gracias
Hi,
Thanks for reaching out.
The feature to automatically move products to trash when their source URLs no longer exist is not currently available. At this time, such products need to be removed manually.
That said, this functionality is on our development roadmap and will be considered for a future release.
Thanks again!
