Is it a complete product requiring one time licence ( I Understand I need Twillio Credits), however, do I require any other plugin or monthly licence to use this solution? I purchased this script and noticed that the main JavaScript file (client/public/static/js/main.*.js, ~7MB) is heavily minified with single-letter variable names, making it impossible to read or customize. This script is listed as “opensource,” on codecanyon but without access to the original unminified source code, I cannot meaningfully modify or understand the application. Could you please tell me how to get the actual source file (pre-build) with readable variable names

I purchased your call center script and have set it up on Hostinger shared hosting. I also purchased $40 credits from Twilio.

I am based in India and would like to set up the call center using an Indian phone number for inbound and outbound calls. Could you please confirm:

Does your script support Twilio for making/receiving calls with Indian numbers?

If Twilio does not work for India due to TRAI restrictions, can the script integrate with any Indian telephony providers (like Exotel, MyOperator, Knowlarity, etc.)?

Do you recommend using shared hosting (Hostinger) for this script, or should I move to VPS/Cloud hosting for stable operation?

Please guide me with the proper steps or requirements to make it work with an Indian number.

Hello mssmello, Using the AI Agent flow builder, you can instruct the AI to merge the call on a specific function. Yes, you can send a WhatsApp message, but you will need WhatsCRM api for it. Voice AI agent is a complete AI voice agent flow, and the other flow is a basic flow for tasks such as setting up IVR

we are currently testing the product, and I have a few questions:

Is it possible to adjust the design of the front page without affecting its functionality?

I noticed that user data (name, email) cannot be updated. I also suspect that changing the password via the admin panel does not work.

Another issue is that, at this stage, it doesn’t feel like a true SaaS solution. Customers need quite a lot of technical knowledge to set it up on their own.

Wouldn’t it be much simpler if essential system settings like API keys could be managed directly in the admin dashboard? For example, you could allocate resources like Twilio numbers there and link them to packages, so that depending on what the customer purchases, they can immediately use the corresponding features. As it currently stands, customers only get access to the dashboard itself, but the actual functions remain unavailable unless they invest additional effort and resources to set things up.
