This is a very important message to those who plan to buy this author’s products. Be very careful, I bought 3 of their products to launch projects, but I regret it infinitely. First, they make you believe that they will always be there for bugs, false, they don’t care. They do not respond to messages after several days, and even for minor bugs on their part. Stripe and PayPal integration are not developed, I can see only a mockup in the admin panel with “ID” and “key” do you plan to add full PayPal and Stripe API integration?

In the YouTube demo, there’s a beep sound before the AI responds to customer questions. Is it possible to remove that sound and make the responses faster and more natural? Or is that limitation due to the current script?

Also, as a new user in the demo, I’m unable to change plans or make a purchase after logging in. Is that restriction specific to the demo version?

Lastly, I noticed the ElevenLabs settings are not included in the demo. Is there a reason for this?

Your last reply was about 24 days back about the update but since then, there is no approx ETA mentioned.

I understand that the product is still in intial stage but still missing a lot of very much basic things such as user profile editing, puchasing plans after login, razorpay subscription for auto renewal, basic flow builder, option for end users to use their own API Keys for better 3rd party chatbot training, Landing page customizations, product purchase page, frontend customizations, add custom code and modern dashboard.

I am waiting for update because once I will at least a few thing from these, then i will create a roadmap for myself and will customize the product according to my requirements.

Add please also option to set own caller ID which can be differently from the number i buy in twilio, means when i call someone to appear to them that number that i write even if i do not have buy it from twilio, so twilio will show them my own caller id
