Hi, Here are the details based on how Stocky works:
a) Bluetooth Printer Stocky supports printing through browser printers only (thermal printers connected by USB or LAN).
Bluetooth printers are not supported, because browsers do not allow direct Bluetooth printing.
b) Scales Integration Stocky works with barcode/label printing scales. The scale must: Print a barcode label that includes the weight inside the barcode. When you scan the label in POS, Stocky automatically reads the weight and applies it to the product. Stocky does not support direct live scale monitoring or real-time weight reading from the scale software. The scale must generate a barcode ticket that includes the encoded weight.

Hello, How does this Loyalty point system work? Can I have a simple explanation? In products, what is meant by “Points”?
During product creation, you need to enter the points for that product. When a customer buys this product, they earn those points automatically. So for example, if you set a product to give 5 points, every time the client purchases it, they receive 5 loyalty points in their account.
1. If a customer buys 4 items of that product, will the 5 points be multiplied by 4, or is it calculated in another way?
2. In the system settings, we can define the Point-to-Amount Rate. If we set it to $0.10, and a customer has a total of 100 points, they can redeem $10.

The app has been installed successfully. The issue was related to memory limits — you need to increase the memory_limit value to 512M.

I’m encountering an issue with user permissions. I’ve created a user group and assigned almost all permissions — including adding, deleting, and viewing users — except for HRM, Settings → User Management, and User Permissions. However, users in this group can’t see any reports on the dashboard, and the Reports page is completely blank (for example, they can’t view “Top Sales” or similar reports).
As the owner, I can see all reports without any problem. Could you please let me know what I might be missing or doing wrong?

There is a specific permission for the dashboard. If you assign this permission to the user’s role, they will be able to see all the widgets on the dashboard — otherwise, they won’t see the dashboard at all.

Yes — Stocky already supports integration with digital weighing scales that generate barcodes containing product ID, weight, and price. The system can automatically decode and add weighted items to the cart once the barcode format matches the configured pattern.

1. Dashboard Stats Cards should be filterble with date range, and warehouse; also include more cards as in the profit/loss reports.
2. Why is Payroll not factored in your Profit/Loss calculations ? it’s a miss.
